Same thing. Seems to be a scam.

I've received the same message as Sam above. They are calling at least 3 times a week! How can you get them to stop?

They just called my cell phone and left a voicemail. Call came from 1-866-703-9377. Recorded message saying she was calling from "catholic healthcare west business office please call one of our qualified financial counselors about the documentation we sent you. Out toll free number is 1-877-433-5295. Thank you." Then it repeats in Spanish language! I haven't gotten any documents in the mail from anyone even close to this company! I have no idea who they are or what they want! Don't even want to bother with finding out!

we are also getting call from Mercy Healthcare stating they are responding to documents that they have sent me.  When I call the number back, I'm getting the same message that the office is closed due to technical difficulties.  Sounds like a robo call soliciting information.

I got the exact same thing.

When these people call they call from a different number  1-866-703-9377. They then leave a message asking you to call them at this number 1-877-433-5295. The message they are leaving me states that they are trying to get ahold of me regarding documents they have sent me.... When you call the number back ( I call from my work phone since I work for that company and they changed their name a year ago to Dignity Healthcare), after holding a few minutes I get the message that they are experiencing technical difficulties and that the office is currently closed please try back later.... First of all no company is going to have the whole office closed because of "technical" difficulties especially when you try calling them right back.

DO NOT give these people any information. First off   Catholic Healthcare West changed their name at least a year ago. How do I know this... because I work for them. No one in the organization should be saying they are calling from the above name. They are not a separate company they just simply changed the name. So don't give these people any info. They have been calling me the past couple of weeks and when I call I call from my work phone and it has me hold for a few then it goes to sorry we are having problems with this number please try back again later. It never says Hello thank you for the calling the business office of the named above. THIS IS A SCAM! I even called directly to the billing department and the said that is not a number they use.

I have received two calls from this number in the past two days.  When I call back, I can't get beyond the first link in the phone tree.

This is a robo-call claiming to be from the Catholic Health Association---they say they know nothing about it. Pure fraud!
