If you are on the do not call registry you can lodge a complaint against the company. The more the complaints they get the more likely they will investigate why they are calling you. I just did it as i get multiple calls from them daily.

I have told this # they are calling the wrong # as there is no Russell that lives here. They keep saying they will remove it; however, it's been several months with a call placed daily.

I called the number and it is Wells Fargo. I was able to enter my number so my number could be removed for calls from "this solicitation." It said it would take 5 business days to process but to allow 30 days for my information to be removed.
