Call from this number this morning. No message.

Received a call but I did not answer.  No message was left.

I love screwing with telemarketers and I had a ball with these clowns. I called them back several times from one of my virtual voip numbers. Their CID comes up with a number that can't be called back, so they can't associate the calls with the actual numbers they called me on. Left messages with names and numbers of various utility regulators, and city council members. Had a few minutes to waste so I took one of their calls and spoke with one of the morons. Gave them a test account number for our incumbent power company (I did systems work for them so I know the range of numbers to use), a fake address, and the name and home phone of the head of the city's consumer fraud investigative unit. "Broke" the connection after I gave them the phone number. Ooops. I bet they'll be surprised when they discover they were punk'd.

I didn't take too long to listen.  They person that called me did have a rich accent. The caller dialed the number for the library where I work. He was also asking about someone that used to be the boss of this particular library, but he left in 2001 I believe.  Considering that it is now nearing the end of 2013 I dare say he missed him.  Sorry buddy

Does anyone knows who this number belong to?

I dont have any electricity accounts in my name.  Not sure why this person keeps calling me about my electricity bill.  I suspect this might be a scam.  Beaware!

Same thing here. This guy didn't know who he called and was asking to talk to the responsible for the electric bill.

A person from India called and tried to tell me that he could see what we were paying for our electrical power needs (the number showed up as Unknown") I asked for the phone #, before I continued to listen. After hearing the information, I felt very uncomfortable, because I could tell that they were waiting for me to speak and say "yes" so they could change our electrical plan. I did not.
I called back the number, that he gave me, and it was a small voice mail box, and told them not oto call again.
