Charged my card in March $49.95.
Phone number disconnected.

I have a charge too.....  they did not call me tho...that's the number on my statement

EZSECURE charged me $49.95 too on 18 March on a card I barely use, so it stood out in the statement. Clearly it was a busy day for these scumbags. I hope they rot in their own feces. Nothing but a scam from this phone number: 877-442-5583

Just got my monthly statement in and there was a $49.95 charge from EZ Secure. Called them up, but their number was "temporarily unavailable". Just filed a claim with my bank, had the $49.95 credited back to my account and had my card blocked. Nothing but scammers.

Yes they took $49.95 from my account too. Used my debit card account. What can we do about this????

The initial pending charge for 49.95 showed up on the 18th of March in my pending charges while checking my online banking, same day I cancelled my card.  It has still not gone through as a charge.  Has anyone else had it just in pending and not been charged?

Got me too! They started on March 14th for $49.95 = EZSecure  = 18774425583. I called the number and it says not working.
I didn't know about it until my card company called me and said they charged a ton of stuff yesterday (4/06).

Actually no, turns out it was just our Visa credit card, which Sam's Club stores do not take.

We found charges on another card of ours. I noticed one person mentioning Sam's club. We shop there and have used both cards there. Does anyone else by chance shop at Sam's Club?

They charged our card and we just closed our account.

Yes...$49.95 taken from my account from EZSECURE. I called them at first using the number that is posted on my statement... and they said they would refund the money to my account. Did not happen. Now I just called the number again and the number has been "temporarily disconnected".

I was hit with the same $49.95 charge.  You can call the number, but you get a recording saying to press "1" for customer service.  When you do, is says that customer service is not available.  You can leave a message, but I doubt anyone will hear it.  The number, website, and everything associated with it is fraud.  Not sure why they haven't been shut down yet, as they have hit a number of people.

While Google-ing the number. it is also associated with a website called antiviral-software.com.  Same notes. same phone number, different email.  My pending charge for the stolen 49.95 has not gone through yet...hopefully someone has caught them.

Nope.  Mine was stolen out of my checking account, which has a "debit card" associated with it.  I rarely use this card, maybe used it 3 times in the past 3 years.  The only recent purchase I made with it was Sam's Club a couple of weeks ago.  But definitely nothing in New York.

This number is associated with a website that has stolen peoples credit card numbers and charged $49.95 on their cards. EZsecure.org is what it said on the pending charges with the number 877-442-5583.  Here's a link to the 800 notes.com website that other people are writing in about having their numbers stolen.  http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-877-442-5583.  I had to cancel my card and get a new one.

Hi, same thing here, $49,95 stolen on my wife's VISA.
We are from Italy and we've spend only three day last October in New York City.
In these days we've used the VISA on these shops:
Jolly Hotel (Madison Ave.)
MTA Vending Machine (Grand Central Station)
Carlos Bakery (Hoboken)
Eataly

Has anyone used the same shops?

Same charge $49.95 to my VISA.  They do not return calls.   Hope they get their just deserts.

I got hit with the same charge for $49.95.  Disputed with bank and when I call number it sends me to voicemail.

Just got me too for $49.95.  Really appreciate all of your posts--made me more confident when I spoke with my bank to dispute the charge.

Yep, they got me too.  $49.95 out of my checking account.  My bankd is also looking into it but I think we need to go to a higher level.  If they are hitting this many people, the FBI or something should be involved.
