I have received calls from this number as well as 716-335-9323 this has been going on for a while and I am frankly very tired of receiving these types of calls and would like for them to be prosecuted themselves for trying to scam everyone.

Bull puckey!  Your post is yet another example of how NOT to shill!  Per the FDCPA, you should not pay any caller who refuses to MAIL - do not accept email or fax - proof of debt/proof they have the legal right to collect said debt.  Refusal to mail this documentation within five days of their first call is a violation of federal law.  BTW, if you were going to be sued, you would receive dunning letters, and if you ignored those, THEN you'd be served a court summons.  You wouldn't find out via phone call.  

Yeah, the caller was "very helpful" because apparently you work with her.  Sorry to say, your post is NOT "honest".

I received a call from these people as well. I decided to call them back they actually were calling me about a bill I had forgotten about and heard nothing about for over a year. She explained It was purchased by an investment group who wanted to sue me for quite a bit of money. The woman I talked to was very helpful she helped me verify that the account was purchased and walked me through each company that had it until it got to theirs. After she helped me verify I was talking to the correct company she took all interest off and accepted the amount I borrowed. It was the best experience I have ever had with a bill collector/ or mediatior to be honest....

I also received the same call saying this complaint was identified with my drivers license # but never referenced any specifics. I too suspect fraudulence or baiting tatics

I got a call from this number demanding my social security number and state issued driver's license information. They claimed that if I responded that day they would allow documentation of "my side of the story", for mediation. The company did not identify itself and I have no outstanding debt, so I suspect fraud and baiting.

Got a call from Buffalo, NY, Lockhart Mediation Services, 716-204-7284. It went to my voice mail box. They said they had a complaint against me and wanted me to call 877-446-1481 to find out more and see if it could be settled by mediation. I suspect it is a scam as I have no outstanding debts nor do I have any legal issues.

Got call from this number from Lockhart mediation services said this is a courtesy call said I have been notified. Their website is under construction , and didn't see any other info online. It does sound like other junk debt collectors that have tried to call me before.
