fReceived a message from Allen, from Los Preventions at 877-449-7411 ext 3029. I have no idea who they are.

This company and other have been harrassing us and wont give us any information over the phone when asked for more information.  they will not tell me who they are with or why they are calling and it is my impression that they have numerous extensions that would then tell them what company they then are......

I just received a msg from t his # and they wanted to know if i knew someone bc we had the same last name and I came up as a reference.

Don't count on the police.  They will probably repo your car for them.  Lobel financial corruption runs deep into many cities.  Gilbert AZ is one of them.

While finance contracts can allow for a loan to be called in if the lender believes the collateral is at risk, your explanation of events does not indicate that this was legitimately the case.  Did you receive a demand to satisfy the loan?

I would suggest that you speak with an attorney.  If you can't afford one, it is possible legal aid may help you.  If all is as you described, you may well have legal recourse, but as always, details matter.

I was current on all of my payments and was never late. They repod my car in the dark of the night and claimed I had a suspended license therefore putting the car at risk.  I didn't, I have all my bank receipts for proof of payment, fully insured and current registration.  But there is nobody to show them to and nobody to help me.  I was paying almost $500/mo for over a year, and had put a couple thousand into the car. It looked better than the day I bought it.

These people call everyday. They are looking for a relative vehicle. No matter how many times you tell them to stop they don't. They should use more time and effort trying to find the actual person and vehicle they are trying to locate.

Keeps calling my job and leaves an extension w/ no details of the nature of call.

I received  a VM Sat 4/16 to call this number back I could not understand the name of the person that called me, i called the toll free number back and was put on hold for 25 min, so I hung up, then on 4/19 a lady call again  spoke with my son and told him that I needed to call her back to the number that she already left for me,  she did not want to give mi son the number she told him "your Mom has the Number"  I called and got Alex who transferred me to a female operator, she told me that They were trying to investigate  a Froud related to Juan Martinez or Julio Martinez she said this persone listed me as his wife tolde her that I am not his wife and do not know him, this person has the same address but the unit is diferent and his wifes name is maria d martinez castro,  she said she found a matching name on her data base, did not want to tell me how she got my HM number, told her to stop calling me, they have the wrong person...

The caller was a Eloisa at (877) 449-7411  She asked that I call her back.  When I called it back, I got a recorded message saying is was the Fraud & Loss Prevention Dept with Lobel financial company.
I guess they are looking for my family member because they want to repossess his car because hes behind on his payments. I already told them not to call me. They are very rude and they continue to call me because I was placed on the application as a reference when the car was purchased.
DO NOT SPEAK TO THEM! THEY ARE VERY AGGRESIVE AND RUDE. THEY CANT DO ANYTHING EVEN THOUGH THEY MAKE THREATS. DONT GIVE THEM ANY INFO. JUST HANG UP ON THEM OR DONT ANSWER.

I just received a call on my cell.  It was a "Withheld #", so I did not answer.  It went to voice mail.  The caller was a Eloisa at (877) 449-7411 ext. 4688.  She asked that I call her back because she needed a "Verification of Residence".  She did not say what company she was from.  When I called it back, I got a recorded message saying is was the Fraud & Loss Prevention Dept with a financial company.  The female voice on the message went to fast and I could not understand the company name.

Should I report this to my local police department?

caller left msg saying they were calling regarding an investigation, but called me wrong name and left this numnber to call back. I know nothing about this, and see this number posted on the internet as a scammer!

how do u know to call the police.. what information do u got about these people..

Call indicates they are an investigator is harassing phone friends and family.Each time they say they are different kinds of investigator.This is a total scam and totally unprofessional.If you receive calls from them answer none of there questions and file a report with the local P.D.
