calls but no answer hang up before you answer  Telecommunications fraud

We went through the loan mod process and they never followed up on it. They keep calling saying the lawyer that went to our mediation was fired so nothing he did was valid. Our lawyer has sent several cease and desist letters but they keep calling. Even with a lawyer, they won't do what they are supposed to do but they will keep harassing you.

Receiving calls with messages left daily from Bank of America stating that it is imperative that I return the call.  BofA has placed me in foreclosure.  I am not behind on my payments. Two law firms are representing me.  BofA was informed that they must immediately cease and desist any contact with me months ago.  For every time they call or contact me in anyway, they must pay a $2000.00 fine.  Looks like I and my attorneys will be moving into mansions soon!  Keep those illegal, harrassing calls coming!  And, for those of you receiveing these calls, hire an attorney.

Twice this number has called. They say this is a attempt to collect a debt. I do not have bank of America account

He states his hours are from 12:15pm to 9:00pm Mon thru Thur and from 10:15am to 7:00pm on Friday. This call seems suspect in the wake of the BOGUS letters from Titanium Solutions (partnering with BofA) and ReconTrust  who are working together to intimidate homeowners out of their homes. Best advice. Get as much information as possible and turn it over to the Federal Investigations team known as SigTarp (Special Inspector General Troubled Asset Relief Program located in Washington DC).

Received the  first call from this number on 2/2012  leaving a voice mail calling on behalf of the president and ceo offices and left me an extension number .   And , when I called her she never at the office and I got the call back after two days or so.  I don't trust this number and today she called me @ the number 315-724-4022, left me a message and when I call back there is a voice mail saying that:< thank you for calling  this is overseas collect call>.  Is this from Bank of America or not?
Finally, when she call me back,she kept harrassed me , traited  and tortured me with   a brunch of questions and she kept repeat the same thing over and over again  to upset me .  I believed this is a fraud business between

THAT DIDN'T WORK. THEY TRIED TO PAY THE FINE IN PESOS...  :-(

Awhile back I got a message from the "late" Babara Desoers' office from someone who mumbled their name was "Almadaos" (or SOMETHING like that). Called back only to get the "dreaded recording"...!

Bunch of freakin' Mexicans...Estrada, Lopez,etc....Promise a loan mod to get info on you, then forclose!
Good thing the Feds' gave them all OUR money so they (BOA) can pay their phone bill....!!!

My number is on THE DO NOT CALL LIST.....I want them fined for breaking the law.....

Just received 6 calls from this number in a matter of minutes. I called it back. It is BoA collections.
Woman was quite rude, ask for my account number and then my full social which neither she was getting considering I dont have a loan from these folks. She started rambling on about debt and missed mortgage blah blah....I informed her that over my dead body would I ever hold a mortgage with BoA and that I would appreciate if she would remove my number from any files so that way I am not stalk called again. She hung up.
I can almost barely wait for the next series of stalk calls.

Received a call from this number this morning.  The message left by "Patricia" from  "B of A" said to call back at 877-743-5450.  I found the other number by dialing *69.  She was looking for a brother in law of mine.  Don't know how she got our number since we have a different last name.  

I see lots of other posts receiving calls from the same numbers and can never get back in touch with them.  

I really hate that bank!

Called this morning @ 8:40 am in Montana.  Gave me a call back number of 877-430-5450 and to ask for Patricia. She said she was from B of A.  She was looking for my brother in law and I don't know how she got our number since we have a different last name than he does.

After reading some of the posts relating to this number, I am not even going to try and get in touch with her.  When I did a *69 the number  it gave me was 877-452-4516.  Also affiliated with B lf A according to some posts.

Getting a call in the morning from "Charles Upshaw with Bank of America" almost every day. He wants me to return a call to a number that asks for your BofA account information with an automated voice.

Im also getting another regular call from "RTS with Bank of America" that started around the same time. Their number is 12532190266

I have checked my real BofA account status and still have not answered one of these calls directly, so all I have is the messages they leave and the automated machine if i try to call back. I have no debt issues at all, so this is either a scam or an attempt to sell something, which would also likely be a scam.

There is no way I'm entering my account info to some random number that called me

Just got a call from this number. The voicemail that was left said this is Woolo Gonzales calling on behalf of the President and CEO Brian Moynihan offices. That I will be in the office from Monday- Friday to please call them back and he also left an extension number to call back. I don't trust half of the numbers that come up claiming to Bank of America.

Same problem here.  Roberto Ocha  7:20 am which is against law.  When told against law, he hung up on me.

me001 has it correct -Skank of America. It is Robert Ocho in this case. When told it was 7:20 am on a Saturday and against law, he hung up.

This came on my relay device for the deaf. I don't know of any business I have with Bank of America and my number is on the Do Not Call list.

Make them stop.

They call and you call back to no avail. Third time they are requesting my documents to see if they want to give a loan modification this is a joke.

I do not have a loan with BOA and they will not stop calling me.

Received a call on my cell. I have bare bones plan. I use my cell rarely. I asked the woman to call me back on land line. gave number. no call me back. I call the number. It rings 25 x and disconnects. No answer. This is nerve wracking & irritating. i call BOA numerous  times, get transferred, disconnected. But, boy when they WANT to talk they are  crude and relentless!

Yes, and they continue to call and harass even when you do not qualify for a Loan Modification.
