He got to us for $1500 on his scam about lawn and yard service. He postponed his work long enough with various tales of woe that we could not have Discover reverse the money.  He is evil. How do you stop this guy?

Kellon Sanders is now residing in the Blanchard, Oklahoma area where he has now impregnated a 2nd unwed mother & is very interested in her father's business connections no doubt. Besides continuing to try to engage people in his "lending services" he has set up a business called Oklahoma Master Grass.  Hasn't opened or done business but yet has testimonials on his website from people that have used him in past years saying what a great job .  It's a shame people fall what they read on the internet and faxes.  IF you have legitimate complaints or have been hurt you do need to contact the authorities.  Only way to keep people from getting hurt in the future.

I know kellon has moved to Tulsa Oklahoma and resides there so call the police in Tulsa and have him found there!!!! He is a huge SCAMMER AND NEEDS TO BE PUT IN JAIL!!!

I fell for this too.  I am in cash flow trouble, banks won't help, they called thought ok.  The assured me to get a loan.  Same story as you and they accepted me on Feb 27th 2012.  Cashed my check for 1250.00 on March 3rd.  Also called alot before the check and now I can't get anyone on the phone.  I have an e mail that his secretary states the money is refundable if not accepted.  Sorry I missed going with you to His office.  Joe

Unfortunately I got forwarded their fax flyer from a good friend of mine, and I thought it to be a credible source. I did a prelim search about the company (national commercial lending) and I didn't find anything that looked suspicious. I went ahead to apply for a loan which I needed. They approved my loan and asked me to mail a check. They claimed if the loan is not funded in 5 to 7 business days that they refund the money paid. I sent them a check for $1250, and immediately they cashed the check, all communication from them stopped. These guys are scammers and frauds.

I intend to set up a blogger site to alert everyone of these peoples predatory acts. I also ask that if you have fallen victim, do the following:
- file a complaint with the BBB https://www.bbb.org/consumer-complaints/file-a-complaint/get-started
- Even for just getting their flyers, you can file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/FTC_Wizard.aspx?Lang=en

Mind you prior to mailing the check, it was constant fluid communication with them. I was in contact with the president Kellon Sanders. The check was mailed to a 1301 Leeland St, St 110, Houston TX 77002. I am going to Houston on Thursday and I will also call the police on them.

The faxes are illegal. Therefore criminals sent them. Now, what was your question again?

Same junk fax as the rest of you folks.  I have submitted an FCC complaint along with my fax as proof.  It took less than 2 minutes and the more complaints that they receive the more likely they are to put a stop to these faxes.  A little searching showed a D+ rating with the BBB which is surprising considering what an obvious scam this is.  I would have assumed an F rating.  Their "unsubscribing" option is to fax your removal request to 206-350-4346.  The 206 area code is a popular one offered by the K7 service where you can get a free phone number for faxes.  Obviously the removal request is a number harvester and will only result in more of these bogus faxes.  The BBB does post their address:

I received a fax call in the middle of the night from (877) 456-0771.  I think the people using this number should be brought to court.

Don't EVER call them back, it will validate your phone number and don't EVER Email them as then they will have collected your valid Email address ALSO!!

Non-stop junk faxes from a company called National Commercial Lending with a phone number listed as 877-456-0771 for loans and a bogus website listed as www.RemoveMyNumber.INFO to "unsubscribe"

Receive same fax-- attempted to "remove fax" also stated--"already in system"  what system???

Dont's want calls or faxes.  The www.RemoveMyNumber.INFO address does not solve the problem.

Was told on the unwanted fax to go to www.removemynumber.info to request to unsubscribe. When I did that, it said our company number was already on the list and could not remove. I would assume the way this company is working is illegally according to U.S. laws and regulations. No return/ contact number for the fax. No removal from their list. Everytime I would contact by e-mail or phone means that I am acknowledging I want their information. Extremelely rude on the phone. "It's not my job to remove your number." They never go AWAY!!!!!!

Junk fax, says want to loan you  Private money 50 thousand and up.  Free 24 hr approval.  No address just a generic name.  National Commercial Lending.
