I have opted out of this service twice. The calls show up on my caller id and will leave a voicemail if I don't answer. The messages are pre-recorded and always political messages for Republican candiates. When I called the number back, it rang into a VRM and allowed me to request that my number be blocked. It told me that it would take one business day to block my number but then two days later, I got another call. I requested it be blocked again. My next call it to Republican National Headquarters in DC. I don't have time for this.

This number is also from the Republican Party calling everyday before the SC primaries. Calls are very frequent and very annoying.

Told me that in if I was a registered Independent, I would HAVE to ask for a Democratic ballot, or my vote wouldn't count.

my number is registered with DoNotCall, and no one in the registrars office can tell me how to get these DAMN calls to stop.

Political calls are exempt from DoNotCall.

I am a voting  democrat    and to be calling me!!!!     they must know their days are numbered as reigning republicans  for the last eight years   and all the monies they have taken for their big business's will soon be stopping     obama will be winning this election and they know it

They left a message on my answering machine urging me to vote on the Democratic ballot tomorrow if I am registered as an independent (no party affiliation).  I ignored it and erased the message.

the message was telling folks that if they declined to state a political affiliation when they registered to vote, they CAN vote for President in the primary tomorrow IF and ONLY IF they request a Democratic ballot.

Not sure what the call was for.  I called back and it disconnected immediately.

Called on my cell twice in a row, within a minute of each other. I didn't pick up and they didn't leave any messages.  Have a feeling it has to do with the CA primary tomorrow(super tuesday).

I am SO SICK of political phone calls this week!!!!

I believe this is from a political survey, whether legitimate or not, I don't know.  I've been told the surveyers are paid for the amount of phone calls they make and apparantly they are calling people and not responding when answered so it will appear they are doing there job.  Apparantly they are tired of being cussed out.

We get six or seven calls from this number each day.  When answering the phone no one is there.  Definitely a pain in the a**.

many calls from this number in the last few weeks. I do believe they are a political survey machine (meaning they collect your answers  and sell them as "hard data" to somebody). A friend of mine says when she gets these calls and they ask her to take the survey, she says, "I cannot answer any questions unless you can tell me what organization you are surveying for..."  That usually meets with silence...or an "I don't know."

This appears to be a legitimate political call provider.  Political calls are exempt from the DNC.

I received a call from them on 06/11/07 at 12:14 pm.  I did not answer the phone.  I live in VA, so I do not think it's a CA grocery store.

I believe this is the number the grocery store unions uses to call people in san bernidino county, this is union local 1428 i think.
