here is the address for ACS call center. 775 addison ave rock hill sc 29730 the owner of the company name is angel. they have no valid numbers to give. they will call you private and the number that they give you will direct you right back into the call center and their co worker handles the call as legal department. you cant go to court over a internet payday loan.  i did some investigation on the company. i also found out that the money that is collected goes directly into a personal savings acct which is probably his.  this is a scam and fraud company. they got a friend of mines to pay back 800.00 for a loan in 2009.  to bad for the employees that works for him. they will be shut down soon from all these complaints. IF THEY CALL YOU, TELL THEM TO MEET YOU AT THE YOUR LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT.

No one here that has posted actual complaints about your calls has a debt they legally owe on, let alone one you would have the rights to collect on.  Any company that would outsource their collections to your office has to be high on drugs and failed abortions themselves.  I guess the retarded look out for one another.

I had been going through this with this company for about two months now......fortunately in Wisconsin there is a one party notification on recording phone calls......so when they called my job (I work in healthcare and every call is monitored)....all the calls they made to me were recorded, and our corporate attorney, my personal attorney pulled these calls and found 23 violations of the FDCPA act....2 federal violations of impersonating a state/and/or county official, which is a felony offense,  on each count they will owe a MINIMUM of one thousand dollars PER violation and were told that when they called the last time.  Unfortunately they hung up....and haven't called since......wonder why.......

They also called my job and left detailed messages for me which was very embarrassing, I went out and made the payment and they still called my job . When I called them back to ask them why they called my job, one of them called me all type of name. I will get their infos and also report them to the BBBbecause first of all payday laons are illegal in NC and what they did was totally nasty. What a nasty group of people. Their number was 855-595-0178 and the names were April and Bill and a so call supervisor.

Although I wasn't able to find a website or direct phone number, they appear to be some sort of out of the country (not in the USA) investigator/process server group in New Zeeland. Don't know for sure if they're a legitimate business or not. Couldn't find much of anything on the phone number you listed. Check to see if they are registered or licensed to do business in you state.

Hi I too received a call yesterday, They called my grandmother number stating her name then my name (weird) and said her name was Ashley Wiliams Preocess server contracted to collect by the client and I had 2hours to contact them or I would be sreved at my job or home and if i didnt sho to court the case would be tried in my absence and I would  get a failure to appear, I did take a payday loan out and didnt read the dine print where it states if I dont ake the full payment any payment is just a finance charge payment and would not apply to the principle so i more than paid the loan back.  The number they gave to call is 1.855.469.8423, it statesto speak to and agent press 1 and then no one answers Ive left 8 messages since yesterday, Is this a scam ?  I was told by my bank not to give them any Finaincial info

I was sent an e-mail that I had 2 days to take care of a $599.99 outstanding debt from a cash advance express a man by the name of Matt williams said he could and would settle the matter for $250.00 with the use of a green dot card he did not send me the copy  of  logo or location where money was owed.I called the fraud line of green spot card and they are investiagating this matter Be aware let them serve court papers.

Well I guess I should start at the beginning, that way I can do a good job at boring you before we get to the good stuff!

I was born near the small Illinois town of Beecher City. I am the youngest of four,  Walter, & Willie are the  idiots that I claim as my brothers. oh and I guess I need to claim my sister Lynn as well! We were raised by our grandmother, our mother was unable to care for us as she was suffering from Multiple Sclerosis, so when I was around 9 months old we all moved into Grammy?s House.Grammy was the quilter in my family, she always made quilts for the new Babies, Weddings & Just Because . She made a number of quilts in a year, no I can?t say just how many but she could make a quilt and hand quilt it in less that two weeks, and no they were not baby quilts she never made anything smaller than a Full Size quilt.

When us kids were home from school one of the ways she keep us occupied was to teach us to embroider, crochet, and sew. Yes, the boys learned as well even if they say they have know ideal what I am talking about! When I was nine I made my first quilt, I picked out the fabrics, pattern, cut the pieces (with scissors. no rotary cutter back then!) and sewed it together on Grammy?s old Singer Sewing Machine. I have to brag a bit and say it didn?t turn out all that bad, but it sure took me a lot longer than it would have taken Grammy. When it came time to Do the hand Quilting, Grammy tried, really she did, to teach me the proper way to move the needle and the correct stitch length. but my fingers just didn?t move the way the should have (that?s my excuse and I am sticking to it!) Every day before I would go to school my quilting looked, shall we say no were near as good as it should have, but for some reason when I came home it was perfect. Yes it took me some time to figure out that when I was gone she ripped out my stitching and redid it all. After about a week of teaching she finely reached over, took the needle from my hand and said, ? your sewing machine is over there, you do that part, I?ll do this part.?

When Grammy first saw a quilting machine in a magazine she was very interested, but she thought the prices were just to much. But would say ? this is what I need, I can stand behind Beth why?ll she quilts, and smack her on the back of the head when she does it wrong.? it was some time after when my Aunt decided to purchase a machine for me, Grammy had passed away a few months before so she wasn?t around to play with it, but I think about her when I am quilting every day.

My business started as a fluke. I had been quilting for my family with no intentions of making it my job, when I got a call asking if I would do some quilting for a neighbor of one of my relatives. She wanted some quilting done ASAP and just didn?t want to do it herself. She was my first real customer, and everything just sort of went from there. Not long after I was in the Local Quilt Shop and was showing a quilt that I had quilted to one of the employees and the next week she anted something done. So with the help of The Local Quilt Shop and Word Of Mouth my business became what it is today.Many things have changed from the beginning, The one week turn around is more like three months and that simple first quilting machine has been taken apart and replaced with a newer larger one that I like to call the Big Green Pain in the ?. Neck! Really, that?s what I call it, what did you think I was going to say!

So today I was hanging out with my boyfriend (we've been together a year, known each other and we've been very close for over 3 years) and we were having a good time, just hanging out. I wasn't really happy or unhappy, just chill, but then all these little things started to irritate me. I would brush it off and stay positive, and something else would annoy me. Just little things that don't matter one way or the other, like how he didn't take the way I wanted to walk to the store, wouldn't slow down to wait for me when I looked at something, didn't ask if I wanted anything to drink when he got water for himself, - picky stupid stuff. Well, when we got home to make an Orange Julius (my idea) he pointed out that he probably shouldn't drink it because the milk would make his cold worse. I agreed and said we didn't need to make them. He said, "No, you can make one for you." I said no, and he said, "Yes, you wanted one. You should make one." I said, "No. I don't want one." He said, "Wanna help me make you one?" I said, "No I'm not having one." Then I left the room and I heard him making them. He came out to give me one and I refused, even though I wanted it. Finally I just got so upset, I left. Why would I be such a jerk? What's wrong with me? And don't say hormones or PMS. All he does is care for me and show me he loves me. Why would I do that to him, and why would I get so upset? Am I crazy?

At the beginning of every trip, I hit the Power button to activate the Prius and then I hit the Power Mode button. Power mode does nothing to actually affect the engine's behavior, but it does increase the sensitivity of the accelerator pedal, making it the most responsive and potentially least fuel-efficient setting. i live in missouri had a blocked that left a message, when i called them at the number they left i spoke with a lady named Debbie Smith with ACS.  she told me that i had a too pay almost $700 or i would be served within 24hrs.  i asked for them to send me a copy of the debt and an address of where i could make a payment.  well she then told me that i had to take care of it right there or was going to be served.  a long stoy short i contacted my local city, county and civial courts noone had anything in there offices in my name. they told me to call the better buisness bureau and they said that they had over 95 complaints, confirmed to me that this was a SCAM!

I stupidly answered my cell phone from a unknown number.  This person said she was a process server and need to see me regarding a pay day loan.  I told her I did not take those out and started asking her more questions.  She then said just a moment and transferred me to to "Megan Scott".  This woman again told me about this pay day loan.  I asked when it was, she didn't have that information but then when I asked later, she could tell me it was on 1/3/07.  I told her that had been paid off (I lied because I wanted to see what more they said).  She confirmed my Social Security # and then my place of work. Also, confirmed my email as herm2@mei.net.  She was nice and tried to work something out with me so I didn't have to go to court.  She then said if I didn't want to pay, then she would advise just going to court.  After I told her I was uncomfortable giving her my banking information she said I could call her tomorrow...Ha, after reading this I know I won't!  I just hope they don't call me at work, I guess if they do, I will threaten them or call the Sheriff's Department.  Oh, by the way, they gave me an address!  ACS PO Box 2123 Parkway Drive, Buffalo, New York, 14221  The number that she told me to call back on was 866-201-1416 Ext 391 is Megan!

YES THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!   the debts are real but are old and settled already, this company buys the old accounts and distributes them to the employees to call, skip trace anyone to contact the debtor.....they are not state process servers and not a legal institution....all names given are fake and each person that calls is from the same location in rock hill sc.  Angel and Felix Lopez are real owners but the company cant do anything to anyone except threaten you....Call their bluff and tell them to come out, they will never show.....TRUST ME, i probably have called you or some of the people you know before.   SPREAD THE WORD!!!!!

Trina sorry to hear that they got your for  $720. They stoped calling me once I asked for information in detail about the money I owed. They did get me for $100. I haven't heard from them since. I filed a complaint with the FTC. We need to continued exposing these dirt bags so that no one else gets scammed. I was ready for them but they left me alone.

Trina. These people are scammers! I see that Mike Tuttle is now going by Mike Tully. I reported these scumbags to the Texas Attorney General, FBI, Harris County Sheriffs Department and the FDIC. I suggest you should do the same thing in your state. I was able to file claims on them online, except for the Sheriffs department. Good luck.
