I received a phone call from this number earlier and they told me they were Mortgage Relief Network. I have a home loan with Bank of America and I'm having ALOT of difficulties not only financially but with Bank Of America as well. I hope this company is "legit"! I have ENOUGH stress trying to figure out how to save my home and I don't need added stress of ANOTHER company giving me FALSE hopes and LIES!!

I applied online to their website and they called me for a consultation. They offered me help and they are not charging any fees.

At this moment, that is what i really needed. I am so thankful that i've found them. Hopefully now i will be able to modify my terms with my lender which i'vent been able to do by myself since past 2 years.

Keep up the great service guys, this is truly a relief for troubled homeowners.

Just posted the message about this phone number.  "New Life Inc." is the name that comes up as the bank america loan modification company. Sorry...meant to put Local Sacramento Realtor as the person posting. Mortgage loan services is the company name the man gave me on the phone when I asked for the name of this company.  Goes to show they aren't even representing themselves legitimately.

I receive calls from a number + 20 91254522 soliciting loan modifications. They told me they found me through their marketing company and that they are a mortgage relief company.  I told them I'm not behind on my mortgage and to take me off their list.  They hung up.  They call me every day, once or twice a day. When I hit call back it says my international number cannot be dialed.  Just this morning they called at 7:00 am, this time I played along with them. Telling them I needed help, etc. Then I told them I had to run and needed to call them back, the man on the phone was reluctant to give me his number but he finally did. 877-466-1211  When you google this number, they market themselves as a Bank of America loan modification company, and Citibank, etc.  I asked him how much he charged for their services and he said it depends on my hardship.  

As a Realtor, I can tell you the services they are calling about are free to the consumer.  You can contact your local Realtor, or google "Hope Alliance" or "HAFA making home affordable".

Do not give these companies soliciting loan modifications any of your personal information! Protect yourself...please!
