so i called it back and its for the offices of Armando Montelongo, that guy who flips houses on tv.

Doing my taxes and just happened to notice a $29.95 charge that shouldn't be there.  To my chagrin, I then found the charge to be charged monthly, and it is from FindPropDeals.com!!!  Argh...  I saw all this stuff online about Montelongo months again and cancelled all these memberships they wanted to bill.  Somehow I am still being billed -$180 worth of unwanted membership fees to date.  If you have been associated with this scam, make sure you aren't still being charged.  I DID CANCEL.  They didn't cancel their fees.

OK this is the old adage mother used to say "nothing in life is free!!" ( S&H $9.95)  this will eventually be printed and show up 2 months from now book rate postage who knows a dollar and he has our name and phone number to sell to mailing and marketing lists for other huckster's to buy from him ! Armoondo is not afraid to push the ethical line for a buck

I don't know who the number belongs to, but according to the comments here, I believe that it is to the Armando Montelongo sales program.
I called to cancel my program based on these harrassing calls. They told me that my information is completely confidential and they do not give it out. I told them I still wanted to cancel.
If you have signed up for Armando Montelongo program, you will need to cancel TWO pre authorized credit card billings. One is for the FindPropDeals.com and the other is for the online education center.
FindPropDeals.com cancellation number is 877-303-7377 (customer service, they were very nice, by the way) and the number for the online education is 1800 771 6593 and they were also nice.

Also ordered the book last week from Montelongo after seeing his TV commercial.  I was very clear to the person I talked to that I am not interested in ANY other offers.  Started to receive these calls that would just hang up and not leave any message.  Can anyone tell me when they would get the message that I am not interested and stop calling?

The caller does not say anything when they call but just hangs up when I answer.  Do not know who it is.  As far as it being from a book company.  I have not ordered any books, and do not even read books, so they should not be calling me at all.

877-467-4577 is a call from Aromndo Montelongo Office.

I called and orderd his free book,cd and dvd. I dont know why they would be calling??? Someone on this website said they are calling to follow up.

HOWEVER, I repeat However. These calls are starting to get very annoying and harrassing. They call 5 -7 times per day. The first time I missed the call no message. then they call back I answer they hang up with out saying anything. They call back, I answer on the first ring, they still hang up without saying anythging. What the "F"??? I call back it says one time number out of service, i call back again, all lines busy. I call back again, please leave a message. I call back again, please hold wait time is 40 minutes. "F" that. I got better things to do.

These calls are really starting to piss me off. They call 5-7 time per day every single day and 7 days per week. at all hours. I give up on there follow up. No wonder why this guy is a failure. And anyone who says he is not, google him. he is sued in 5 states his program sucks compared to the competition, his show is being pulled from the air, all his lies have been aired out and he is in foreclosure himslef.

This program is so far not on the up and up. I give eveyone one chance and so far i got my free book, but I am not impressed.

Keep getting calls from this #.  No messages.  Been going on for the past 2 weeks.

This is a call from Armando Montelongo who wrote 'Flip ands Grow Rich'.  I ordered his book and then got a follow up call from his company.  Good Marketing!
