Calls, rings twice, no answer. Reverse called the number and a woman with a recorded message says, "Thank you for calling UTC, no one is available to take your call so please leave your number . . " I hung up.

They call every day. ID is Service but for what I don't know. I do not answer my phone if I don't recognize the no.

These scammers work out of Boca Raton Florida and use computers to place robot calls and spoof caller IDs.
The number you get when you use the old star 69 trick doesn't work since they have left a false number on your phone.
Do a google search on Ran David Barnea and see what you get.
Then spread the word by using your Facebook account!
