I never received a call from this number 8774723388. But they took $60 from my account this month, and $5 last month. I got the number and called it twice both times it said it's no longer available. Keep your eyes on your accounts. It's a fraud.

I too was diverted when trying to call Optum Health. $ dollar gift card promised...then all kinds of other stuff. The person putting me through this process was rude to say the least. I knew it was fraud while going through the process. Hung up and called my bank, cancelled my card. I was hoping to be able to alert my bank to the fraud.
Really frightening that calling an insurance company would divert my call to a fraudulent scam in a middle eastern company.
The contact information I got was that the company is CV redemption: that is how I got to this site! another diversion!! I had to call the customer service number I was finally given at the very end of the conversation. Customer service number I called and spoke to a person by the name of James (in India I think) was 1-855-815-7509. I was told to wait two days before I could cancel so the transaction could process.
The stinky thing for me know is they have my address, phone number etc. I suppose this means my identity is at risk...
Anyone else?

The way you get your money back is you call your bank and report the charges to account as fraudulent charges. Your bank will investigate the charges, reimburse your account for up to three months of the past payments & will insert them as a fraudulent company.

I called United Airlines to talk about getting a refund on a cancelled flight from a hurricane. I was transferred to someone with a thick Indian accent who was going to offer a 100$ Visa gift card but I had to pay for a 3.95 activation fee. I gave them my debit information because it seemed legitimate that the company would reimburse me for a cancelled flight. They just had to transfer me to a supervisor for everything to go through, but then he started offering me moisturizer cream and a brochure with the products they offered and it raised a red flag. I asked politely if this were United Airlines and he kept avoiding the question, and when I asked for a supervisor and his name he became very very irate and ended up hanging up on me. I checked my bank account and had a pending charge of $1.00 from Core Vision Group in Pinella's Park. I am in the process of cancelling my CC and talking to United Airlines about the situation.

I tried to call Travelers insurance and was hijacked to the scam artist!!!!
Thinking I was talking to Travelers I gave them my cc #, they had my name and address!
When I called Travelers and told about the scam, the agent initiated a conference call to the phone # I had been given. The name Shawn Davis came up. Needless to say, Travellers was just as stunned as I was that there phone system had been infiltrated.
I immediately cancelled my cc and learned my lesson.

I attempted to call Lowe's inreference to a warranty problem, my call was deverted to some telemarketing company and I thought they were connected to Lowe's. By the time i figured what was happening it was to late. They started talking about Wal-Mart gift card for a $100.00. Seem good, gave them my CC and attempted to cancel. Thought it was handled, a month later a person on the line calls and rambles on, in aggressive manner and rude, sound hindu and states your order has been approved. I hang up check my account and find out that a $1.00 has been posted by a Value core vision GRP. The number that called is 1-815-687-8017.  Its a scam.  I had to change my CC. Talked to the Bank they say wait until the amount has been posted then it can be dispute and i can get my money back. I learned my lesson

Somehow this company has been charging my credit card for $19.95 every month for the past 5 months -- I have called and "canceled" twice with no avail.  The name on the cc statement is different each month -- but the telephone number is the same.
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY --  The are SCAMS

I made a phone call to pay my DirecTV bill and someway the call was diverted.  I gave the information on my credit card to pay my bill and then when the man began to ask questions about a gas card I inquired as to what this had to do with my DirecTV bill.  He gave me a number to call and  I was told he would get back with me and the phone went dead.
I called the number and a lady answered the phone.  I asked if this was DirecTV and she told me it was CV Redemption.  I asked how this company fit in with DirecTV and she told me it didn't.  When I realized the phone had been filtered from DirecTV I immediately called the bank and had my card cancelled.

I looked it up on the internet and also called the number and instructed them to not use my credit card and was told to call back in 48 hours.
The numbers linked to this scam are 1-877-652-2168, 1-877-220-2696 and 1-877-472-3388.

Please beware and make sure you get the people you call and your line not diverted by scammers.

I was told I won a $400.00 gift card but had to pay $1.93 to have it sent to me. I said send it cod they said they can't.  I said well I have to go get my visa call back.  They have called every ten minutes all day long.  Have a great day.  Waste any time lately?  They have my phone number.  I have not given them my name, number, or address.  I thought about purchasing a two dollar visa to keep on hand for them but I'd rather just waste their time as they apparently want to do with mine.  So if you call, talk to the machine, or call back, and call back, and waste your time!  I'm sure if I won a gift card from Walmart they would have the information to send it to me.  I am also pretty sure that it is somehow connected to the fact that I recently recieved and used a gift card which said happy birthday so they were trying to connect the dots.  But where are they connecting them from?  Are they somehow breaching walmart?  Was information given where the card was purchased?  Did they just randomly call and connect with someone whom could have used the gift card?  Who couldn't?  Yes, I gave them the run around.  But I don't have $1.93 to give away.

Pretty much the same story! An Indian accent with changing names.(Sam, Mike etc).  No numbers to call to. An immediate charge on the CC. Person on the line rambles on, is aggressive and rude. makes up stories, falsifies, gets the Card Numbers and begins charging. Best to call your CCC for help and the Fraud Office for notification.

They have a new name now, CV Redemption and their monthly charge is $14.95.  Last month was the first time I noticed this charge popping up on my mother's credit card bill.  I called in September and cancelled, however there is another charge on the account this month as well.  I give up, I cancelled her credit card.

This was a telemarketer who said I won a $100 gift card. So stupid me I gave him my card number for a one time charge of  $2.95 Then he switch me over to his supervisor to confirm the tranaction, I was getting taped offers that already had my card number, so today a month later this company charged me almost $50 for an offer that I refused a month ago. So after I get my refund I have to have my card changed

I put this in my last message. This is what they say their name is, but I don't know for sure. I found a website ourmobilesupport.com and it gave another number, Customer Service Department at (877) 220-2817. I called it and it sounded like the same people.Strong accents make it hard to understand them. Which just makes the situation worse. Even their supervisors have strong accents.

They are taking money out of my account, without my authorization. I didn't give them my account information and they refuse to stop. I called the number back and immediatly asked to talk to a supervisor. He said the name of their company was Our Mobile Support, but he did nothing to help me.

If you have a modem in your computer with caller id...download phonetray 1.39 free app...install it and add numbers to the privacy manager list...set it to "zap call" and "auto" with one ring. The app will disconnect the caller on the 1st ring. You will never be annoyed again. If your modem has voice you can set it to output a list of messages. Check it out..It is fantastic. downloads.zdnet.com/abstract.aspx?docid=2827313    (copy this link and paste it into your browser).
No more annoying calls! This will stop them.
