I kept getting calls from this number, but didn't answer.  No messages left.  I called it back this morning, and the recording said it was JD Power and Associates, but since I didn't know the reason for the calls in the first place, I did not stay on the line to talk to anyone.  I'm going to continue to ignore it, and assume that it is a telemarketing (survey) call--if it's important, they will leave a message.  Hope this helps someone else.
