I made a hotel reservation through their site.  At no time did it say there was a fee for booking.  The total they charged to my card was $132.19  I will be disputing it with my credit card company as I paid at the hotel when I checked in.  The walk in rate was $103.71, including all taxes and a $15.00 pet fee!  This is fraud.  Not only did they charge me fees they didn't mention on the site, the rate they quoted for the hotel was much higher than what the hotel actually charged me.

I had same problem with the crooks.  They claimed to have verified my trip by calling my son, after I was long gone from home.  I never received an e-mail from them confriming the hotel.  I talked to the hotel and the agency was charged only one night for my no show, but they kept all of my 9 nights worth of reservation money, $400!  I talked to several people at that number, but all I got was a song and dance.

This company poses as a travel site for a number of states indicating what hotels are available.  Using it will get you charged about $70.00 in addition to the hotel they book for you.  I got charged for both the August date we stayed in Dickenson at the Super 8 (correct charge) and the $70.00+ charged to my card the date I booked it in July.  My credit card company said I have no recourse since the fine print on the reservation confirmation indicated that the charge is non-refundable and contacting the Super 8 directly would not result in a cancellation.  They are a nightmare!  Luckily when I went to make other reservations for the trip I recognized the look of their websites and didn't use again.

I had a $26.76 chage on my card from a PLN Online Hotel booking  company.  The charge was after I made a hotel reservation by phone of which I had to secure the room with my credit card.  I called this number and the computer asked for my itentiary number shich I put it and the system did not recognize the number; no option to talk to a real person.  I called my credit card company and reported this charge and number as FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!  Looks like whoever is hacking is using different company names.  Watch your card statements.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I booked a couple nights in AZ through priceline for mid Oct.  I recently got an email from "CUSTOMER SERVICE" and it says:

"We recently discovered that we did not charge your credit or debit card for your confirmed itinerary number xxxxxx booked on 4-Oct-10. This email is to notify you that on October 27, 2010 we will process this charge in the amount of $143.10 to the credit or debit card used to make the purchase."

The weird thing is, there is no return email address, does not say anywhere that they are affiliated with Priceline (or any company for that matter), yet they have my Priceline itinerary # and the exact amount that was supposed to be charged to my card.  I have 2 seperate charges from Priceline, because I decided to add an extra night after my original booking.  So I checked my credit card statement online, and I could only find 1 charge from Priceline for the additional night I booked, and no record of any charges for the original reservation (which is $143.10).

So this could POSSIBLY be legit??  I emailed priceline's customer service about it and am waiting to hear back.  Maybe it's a 3rd party that Priceline uses to do just what the email said?  It seems I never actually paid the $143.10 and so they're just trying to get me to pay it??

I'll update this later as I find out more from Priceline.

Hotel was booked online for 3 nights.  Trip was cancelled at last minute.  I called to cancel the reservation & they said since it was less than 24 hours there was no refund.  (even for the 2nd & 3rd night - which was more than 24 hours notice)  That was 3 weeks ago.  I called again to see about getting a refund, and they said the reservation was never cancelled at all - all charges stick.  Almost $600 worth.  I gave customer service rep JENNY the cancellation number.  She said the number does not exist.  FRAUD

I received a phone message today.
They are claiming that there was a problem with my flight itinerary and I need to call them back.
My CID listed "Unknown", but they left me a call back number.
I went online to my airline's site and saw no problems with my confirmation and electronic ticket.
I did try to call the 877-477-7441 number, but when it doesn't say who they are and wanted me to enter my itinerary number or phone number I used to make the reservation, I just hung up the phone.
Hope these jerks get what is coming to them!

I had a customer book online and when he came to our hotel we couldnt find his reservation. He called me today wondering why he had been charged for the online reservation if we werent able to find it in our system. He paid with credit when he came in and later was billed separate through this bogus company. I hope this man is the one to end this fraudulant companies existence. What can we do to prevent this in the future??...this is obviously a scam.

I was charger $152.07 for a hotel from this phone number
and also charged by the Hampton Inns - for $123.07.
The hotel had my reservation when I arrived.  I booked the hotel on an on-line service 2 hours before I arrived.  I had the same problem  - you cannot reach anyone to talk to.  And when you enter your phone number, it says that it cannot locate that phone number, that you must have changed your phone number.  SCAM!

never book through a hotel service. I was lied to about the refund policy and charged for a cancelled res. I called the number and reached a person who blamed the hotel. Talk to upper management and get with customer relations and complain. I will always go strait through a hotel and I would advise you too as well.

Not sure, but I think this number is fake/scam number that attempts to get your credit card information. I recently got scammed out of $200 on iTunes. So I changed my checking account / debit card number. 2 days later, I get a call from this number saying it's for American Airlines and they need to talk to me about a change in reservations.

There's companies that can forward calls through different numbers and make it look like it's calling from another place. (Alibi Network is one)

Yes, we were scammed also this month for 85. The weirdness is that we have made no reservations any place for 3 years.  How they got my card number is puzzling.
