Number is now conveniently blocked in my Samsung. Caller left no msg. Next time they try they will get no one, nothing, nada.

These people are very rude and they yell at you.

They have called my work place and I advised them to call me at home.  They claim they don't have my home number, but when I get home I have hang ups from them listed on my phone.  Now I am getting electronic calls at work from them.  I have spoken with my Attorney and I am turning all of these calls over to my Attorney.

Message told me I had important business with them. I tried to call back, but after hours. I did not leave any messsage or info. I called back on July 3, 2011 around 8:30 am.

I got a call from these people, so after I called the number back and found out that it is a company called Vision Financial.  It might be a collection company.

Who calls from this number and what do they want.

Yes. They are a collection agency for Verizon Wireless.  They are scoundrels.  Harassed me over a $30 dollar debt for nearly a year.

I have been getting calls from this number for awhile on all 3 of my phones and when I answer there is no one on the other end of the line.  So at 5:20 pm Pacific Standard Time, I called them right back and they had a recording that stated that it was after hours and that they closed at 6:00 pm Central Standard Time.  It was 7:20 Central Standard Time at that moment.  I did find out that it is a company called Vision Financial.  I knew then it was a fraudulent call.  I called Vision Financial the next morning and they wanted me to verify my name and were very rude when I told them I would not give it to them, but they said it was for a debt on a Verizon Wireless account.  I have no outstanding debt with any creditor, so at that point I called Verizon Wireless and told them.  The woman that helped me at Verizon Wireless called the 877 479-3877 number and got the same response from them and told them not to call her customers numbers anymore, then she forwarded me to the Verizon Wireless Fraud Dept.  They are going to do EXTENSIVE research into this issue.  They also blocked the number from being able to call my phones from now on.  I also called Verizon (Landline) and had them do the same thing.  Their Fraud Dept. is going to do the same thing as the Verizon Wireless Fraud Dept.  VERY CRAZY.  I hope they all get caught.  NOT A LEGIT Company.  And all I have to say to the people that work for Vision Financial is GET A REAL JOB and maybe an education to make themselves a better person.

They call at a time I'm outside breathing wzup with that? Are they connected with peoples in parked cars smoking, talking loudly... this is getting near. Need to reload. HA.

i too get these calls on my cell phone i just add them to contacts and put no ring since they dont want to answer me when i answer the call i just wont answer them

it just seems that if you dont have a account with these people that you should have some recourse to stop the harrassing calls  i mean its one thing if your the one they want but its all together something different when you are not the person they want to talk too but it dont matter they will still keep calling and harrassing

I called Verizon Wireless and they told me that someone has stolen my identity and have a phone number under my name in another state and owe money.  I am now on the phone with the ID Fraud Team at Verizon Wireless.  They told me that it is on my Verizon Landline Phone.  Calling their Fraud Dept now.  This will be stopped.

I calle them to take my phone number off their phone list and they said I had to verify my name first.  I told them no way.

what is up with all the people who think that this webpage goes directly to them? They don't care, nor do they read these posts. Furthermore, I got a call today on my work phone and when I picked up there was a recording saying "we need to reach you please call us back." If only telemarketing was that easy lol.

This company keeps calling .Asking that I return their call. They do not ask for a person by name nor give me their name. They just say it is important that I return their call.
Please block this from my number .I do not want any more calls from them wohever they are...

I have to chuckle when people talk about the do not call list. It is a joke. Companies have to buy the list and many use it as a source of known, good phone numbers. Many solicitation calls originate outside the US. Other calls are made by people/companies who don't care if a person's number is on the dnc list or not.
I received a call from this scumbag company even though I have told them repeatedly that the person for whom they are looking does not live here.They use different nymbers to call - here are some:

My computer logs all incoming calls. These losers have called me more than 180 times since March of last year.

I have also received calls from this number, but after one call that left no message, I simply entered the number into my "call block" list on my Panasonic KX-TG1062 phone. After that, anytime that number calls my phone, I get a half of ring and they get a busy signal for a few seconds and then a hangup. I love my new phone. And by the way, the KX-TG1062 will block up to 30 numbers.

We have Time Warner Cable for our phone service and it allows you to place up to 32 phone numbers on a " No Call List"
You add or subtract them at your convenience on Time Warner Cable web site under your user name and password.
WORKS GREAT! as soon as I receive a call I place them on it and that's the last I every hear from them.

Received message asking us to call them back and they give the number.
They do not ask for anyone name just that who answer call back.

Has no legal legitimate reason to contact me!  I have not debts, no credit cards, no bills.  I pay for services when I receive them and I pay in CASH.  

As an FYI to all of you, I have written to the NY Consumer Protection Bureau (as NY is the named state for their Headquarters) regarding their utterly dispicable behaviors - as they have harassed me over the last year, some days calling me 25 times a day...and I have proof of this as I ordered detailed billing from my cell phone carrier which proves/shows every single one of their call attempts.  

Unfortunately, the State of NY doesn't give a rip, as they wrote me back stating I should contact the Attorney Generals Office on this.  

That's right folks, they didn't add to their complaint database, they didn't investigate, they didn't even have the decency to forward the complaint on to the Attorney Generals Office on my - the consumers - behalf!!  How SAD!    

Moral of the story is this -- WE as consumers and citizens need to be VIGILANT, protect each other, and keep up the good work in entering information for sharing with others, in sites like this.
