Just got a call from this number and when I called back it was McDonalds customer care department. I had an issue with the drive through once and I spoke to the manager and he took my information and said that he was going to forward it to corporate. i just got 30 free extra value meals

After receiving several calls, I called back.  Turns out they wanted my brother.  Said they were following up on some problem he had with Blockbuster

Why is it that when I pick up the phone he is looking for my brother? My brother has been on death row for 15 years. What could he have possibly done this time?

It goes to a company that was looking for my grandson.  Said they had information regarding a legal matter and needed to get a hold of him regarding a summons?  I passed on the information to him.

What is going on. They were looking for my husband and they wanted to serve him some legal paperwork. This sounds serious.

Called this number back. I got three pairs retro Jordans on the way and I thought it was a EastBay but it wasn't! I hung up!

This number called me 3 times in 2 weeks. When I called to tell them to stop calling, to my surprise they were looking for my brother in law to serve papers for court. I think these people are process servers. I told my brother in law and he is dealing with it. I'm glad it was not for me.

This number keeps calling me trying to offer flower discount packages.

Nobody on the other end.  Was this a dialer?

These people call and no one is there. Now I just don't answer that number. If they want to speak to me they will call with a number that is identified by name. Otherwise I don't answer toll free or unavailables anymore... Their loss. All the money they spent for those computer dialing programs and all I have to do is not answer haha. Now who wins?

Terrible people and TERRIBLE customer service! These people are harassing and rude.  They tried to intimidate me and scare me. When I called back to get an address to write in a letter to stop calling they began to harass me again.  Was not going to give me the address and then when I asked for a supervisor he wasn't going to do that either.  Finally a "supervisor" by the name of Andrew Bowman I believe it was got on the phone and was just as rude as the others.  Terrible TERRIBLE f*cking place.  They all deserve to go to hell and I want to just say they are lucky I dont live wherever the f*ck they are at.

This number called me several times. Turns out there was a recall on my old ford for some mechanical malfunctions. Haven't had that truck in over a year.

I get this identically worded call every day (64 times since 12/7/10) using this and many other
phone numbers.  Do you kniw a solution?

I've tracked 64 (that's right, 64!) calls since 12/7/10 all wanting information "about a relative"
and they need to verify information about this person.  This phone number has been tracked
eight times, using names of Marcus, Jackson, or Stan.  I did call back, using a different
phone, and they answered "Imperial" but Elijah Hawkins wasn't there (in a meeting.)  

On the calls when they leave a message it's always the same "canned" message but they
can't tell me the nature of their calls because it's Proprietary Information!! and they want me
to call back "so they can get this matter wrapped up."  Sound familiar??

OK so these ppl call everyday and say the samething I am going to take legal action and I am not going to contact u about this anymore I need ur card number ok if u need this info send me the info I requested then I will give u info u requested...but when my daughter answers and u tell her to get me and she don't and u call my nine year old a lilttle b**ch then we have a problem and when I call back and u hang up on me then u really don't want what u called for then do u ....so I really wish they would get lost for real and I don't pay over the phone with anything for anyone if I can't go to the bank and pay them then it isn't true SO PLZ LEZVE ME ALONE!!

I just called from my work phone, and the person who answered said they are Imperial Recovery Agency. I hung up on the person that answered though. A guy named "Thomas" left a message and said he needed some conflicting information about someone that I knew. That has to definitely be illegal.

They will give you fake pre-recorded messages that this call is from the office of Mr. Ron Kennedy.  It's a trick.  Be forewarned.  There is no Ron Kennedy, and there is no Mary.  Ron Kennedy is apparently the code language they use so that when you call back and ask for Mr. Kennedy, they know where to route the call.

under FCC rules, telemarketers/collection agencies are required to transmit Caller ID information and are prohibited from blocking such information. Also, FCC rules limit parties that own toll-free numbers from distributing the numbers identified through ANI. The way they obtained the phone numbers may have been illegal, massively spamming may have been illegal, hacking and harassment is illegal.  These scam artists seemed to have violated several laws

8. Some areas have a call trace feature built in to the system...try this one...right after they leave their message pick up the phone and listen for a dial tone. Then hit *57 (that's star 57) and see if it will trace the call. This may cost you a buck and requires 3 traces for the phone company to take action.

There are other things to do also but most of all don?t call them back to verify anything! Their first message states that they need to update their files, the second message may say that court action is pending. If they have poor files that need updating how can they take you to court?

Here's a copy of what they look for in new hires for job openings, notice the wording that you will be contacting debtors as a ?law office? and not a collection agency! They must be doing this to avoid the State Regulations concerning Collection Agencies and the legal use of the phone?

Here's the sccop people. It is a Tracing Agency. They look for people that can't seem to be found and then a process server shows up on your door. All they do is ask questions trying to find someone. Don't even answer that number!!!!!

I get these people calling several times a day. 1st time or 2 I answered and no one was there. Now I just let Call Manager take care of it and I only see they have called now if I look on the phone. Let thise people scam someone else. If they want to talk to me they will call with an identifiable return number. Sorry jerks, you lose again...
