THIS IS A PHISHING SCAM!!! PLEASE REPORT THEM! After calling them back with a different citi account ID # It turns out that they had my Home Depot account info so it seemed legitimate till something he said did not sound right. They could only set it up for the minimum amount due monthly not above the amount due which seemed odd so I hung up and called Home Depot. They had not tried to contact me about a late payment and somehow my auto payment had not occured but they did not know why.  It is my suspicion that whoever is out phishing may have caused this or knows about it so you can go online and see that your auto payment has not been deducted when it should have,,,,making it seem like a legitimate call. I hope someone puts these people in prison for ripping people off that are barely scraping by trying to make ends meet!

Received "Final Notice" letter dated January 3, 2014, from "National Association of Travelers Claims Department"  directing me as a "claimant" to respond by January 27th, 2014,  by calling 877-483-8721 to claim "an award for (2) two complimentary airline tickets to anywhere in the continental US to a major international airport. Certain restrictions apply." There was no return address on envelope and no address on their masthead; however envelope stamped ?mailed from zip code 85026? and ?Mailers Postmark Permit 1767.? I did not call this number based on the previous comments, and I will be forwarding this letter to the proper authorities for investigation.

A message was left on my voice mail to call the above # and when I called twice they hang up in the middle of our conversations. Then I got a call from the same number, at this time I told the caller that I don't know who exactly I was talking to and I didn't feel comfortable to talk and then the person hanged up.

I have both a Citicard and a Home Depot card, which is run by Citibank.  Missed a payment on the Home Depot Card.  Started getting the calls.  At first thought is was a phishing scam.  I called the Citicard customer support, they had no clue.  I called the Home Depot Card customer support number (their main number...not the above number) and was told that Citi Client First indeed had been trying to reach me in reference to the late payment, and that the 877-483-9183 was actually them.  Made payment arrangements with them and they promised to stop calling.

Phishing scam.  Claim to be "Citi Client First - servicing a number of related accounts".  They will try and get your account number, full name and full social security number out of you.  Do what I did, call the number on the back of your Citi card and ask if anyone is trying to contact you.  I was told no and there was no such thing as Citi Client First (it's the name of an internal Citi customer service program but is not a division of the Company and noone works or makes calls identifing themselves as such from Citi legitimately).

Phishing Scam.  Claimed to be "Citi Client First Concierge Services - servicing a number of related accounts".  Tried to get my full name, account number and social security number out of me.  Spoke to the number on the back of my Citi card and they confirmed that noone within the system was trying to contact me and that there is no such thing as "Citi Client First".  The scammers then try and read off a long list of "other accounts" they service, department stores, other retailers, gas merchants, etc. and try and get you to give you those numbers as well.  Don't fall for it.  While Citi may service some of these merchants, if you had a branded card with a merchant's name on it, Citi would never ever reveal itself as being behind it, all the agents would be scripted under the name of the merchant only.
