Got the same type off call.Scaring me that i had a payday loan that i owed.And i would be summon to appear in court or i can accept their offer and pay a lesser amount.

How do you know this? I called back and it sounded like a legit number saying sterling and king assiciates... They said they have a complaint on me... But I never spoke with anyone they just left a message

It is a scam attempt in the making. They will attempt to scare the beejeebees out of you concerning Fraud, unpaid debts, etc. and then offer you a Godfather type Settlement to make it all go away.
Don't even call them back. That's what they're counting on.

Recieved a phone call from this number. No message left. I am on the do not call list and yet I keep getting these types of calls. Anyone know how to stop it?
