Wow, how strange to read these entries -- I've had similar calls on BOTH my cell and landlines, which are unrelated, both relatively new (within the last year), both unlisted (whatever THAT means!), and I've never given them out to anyone other than family/close friends.  I've received multiple messages that say something about this person having information "on someone you know."  I just always say "yeah sure ya do, a**hole" and hit delete.

Received a call from this number. 1st time. Name was Mark Schwartz on the voicemail. I never pick up any calls that is not identified by a name or picture. It is exactly like Taffe has described. Has a file in his office about someone I know that has conflicting information. He wants to review it with me. He mentions something like I need to get a location or something like that. Yeah right. Like I'm going to give that information. I am ignoring the call. Waste of time.

I have a new phone and getting calls from this collection company, I've told them to stop calling that I have no idea what they are talking about.  DIDN'T SPTOP THEM.  Let them run up their phone bill

I get 2-3 calls a day from them saying much the same thing on the voice mails, when I finally picked it up guy said his name was Mario Taylor and he was calling on the behalf of Wachovia, that I owed 177.48 to them and he would have to take action against me if I didn't work out a payment plan or pay up.First he said he wanted to know why I didn't pay when I told him I've been out of work for almost 2 years he got rude, he even said they take third party payments ( a friend or family member) when I explained I didn't have any one I can ask to pay for me he went to get his manager and I hung up!

Received numerous calls from this number.  Different names on VM.  Today was Kevin Schwartz...says he has a file about someone I know with conflicting information. Wants to review it with me.

I do not call any number without a company name or someone I know.

How do I stop this number from calling my home?

It's debt collectors using robo-calling. Report them.

It's a debt collection agency. They keep calling even although they are lookking for someone else.I told them to stop calling and put me on the do not call list. They do not care. They call at 8.55 pm and wake up my kids, These guys should be put out of business. When you call them back they either hang up or don't say who they are. Report them to your State attorney General. They leave voicemails for the wrong peson once a week. Really annoying, they can't even to get there facts correct.

i'VE RECEIVED DAILY MESSAGES ALWAYS CUT OFF AT THE BEGINNING NO BUSINESS IDENTIFICATION OR WHO THE CALL IS FOR CLAIMING THEY ARE CALLING ABOUT A FILE REGARDING SOMEONE WE KNOW BUT CANNOT GUVE PROPRIETY INFORMATION AND TO CONTACT KEVIN SCHWARZ. IF YOU TRY CALLING BACK THERE IS VOICEMAIL RECORDING WITH NO IDENTIFICATIONI FINALLY LEFT A MESSAGE TO CEASE AND DESIST UNLES THEY WERE PREPARED TO IDENTIFY WHO THEY WERE TRYING TO CONTACT AND READY TO IDENTIFY WHO THEY WERE. THEY STILL KEEP CALLING.

I've received this same message on and off for a few months.  I have never called back the number because this sounds to be a scam.  If they can't leave any specific business information then I'm not giving them any of mine info.  If it's legal than a cert. letter will show up at my address.  For now I will just get a whistle and sound off loudly on the next caller.  Maybe Kevin will need a hearing aid if enough of us do that.  

BTW, my callers name was Kevin Shores.

It's a notorious debt collection agency called Imperial Recovery Partners (various names, but that's the most common). They can't do anything but make these annoying calls. Generally they make robocalls because if they call live and you hang up on them, they are not supposed to call back. If you call back it will be to a boiler room where it doesn't matter what name it is, and, generally, they will say that person isn't there and they can take the call instead.

If they are calling to try to find someone else (as is every time they call me), they can't tell you they are seeking that t person to collect a debt. But they are also supposed NOT to call you back if you say they have the wrong number, don't know how to reach that person, etc. They claim, every time, that my number will be removed from their contact list, but so far it hasn't.

What I need to do, and so does anyone who is getting these repeat calls for any reason is to look up the business address and send 'em a registered cease-and-desist letter, which they have to honor as per the Federal Debt Collection Act. Same with me, finally got tired of the calls from my old buddy, Kevin Scwartz.  I called them from my work number.  Shawn answered and immediately wanted to know who I was.  I gave them nothing.  He would only say that they were a "servicing company".  Would not give the name of the company or what they actually did.  I told him that I thought maybe he would be more forthcomming if I made a police report for harrasment and had an officer ask him the same questions.  He got really surly and basically said "bring it on".  I am toying with that idea right now.  One of my workmates had to change all her information because these a$$holes got all her information.  Any victims out there?  Make a report to your local police department!!

Kevin Schwartz, left very suspicious voice mail today. Same one as posts above (a file regarding someone I know). Very annoyed, have only just got this phone. Signs it was suspicious:1) I am a tourist, having just arrived, no one here has my number yet! 2) Did not say my name i.e. who he was leaving the message for. 3) Does not say what the company is he was calling from with regards this 'file'. Any legitimate organization would say what it was, and also leave an office number, not a cell. We're not stupid, you know.

This Kevin guy loves to blow up my phone. It?s the same message with this annoying a** guy that telling me it?s in regards to someone I know and there are conflicting facts. Well Kevin my thought was sit and spin buddy, but I got so tired of this call I finally called them to see exactly what was going on. I came to find out that the office I was calling was a process server and was looking for my wife. When I questioned my wife on what this stuff was about she told me about a car accident that she was involved in and that she was being served.

Keep getting calls from Kevin Schwartz at 877-486-2691. I thought that's why I signed up for "do not disturb."
Also getting calls for "This call is for Donald..." over and over and over. How do these guys get to call me when I registered??

This is a "collection" company.  However, they have a real problem getting their information correct.  I have no debt and have never even had account with the bank they are claiming wants money, AND their SSN id for me was totally incorrect as well.  It's a scam.
