Called cell phone  , said it was Elijah Hawks to discuss important matter call back before 5pm Central Time

Does anyone know where their calling from (physical address)?

I called them back, they are trying to locate my aunt. Sounds like she is getting sued, thats the only reason i know of that a process server would be tracking her down.

Received several robocalls from 877-486-2692. Called my phone company and put them on my phone 'blocked # list' . Haven't received any calls since.

What you need to do is have them give you an address where you can send your "payment".
You know all that junk mail you receive?
Forward it to them.

Yep, got the call requesting a return phone call to Elijah for about the 100th time in the past 6 months.  They were looking for someone with the same first initial and last name as mine:  insisted that I must know this person, basically accusing me of lying, kept asking me for personal information....my name, where I worked, etc.

Sick of it!!  

You can't get any information on them.

Who do we call to report them?
When i called the number the were a**holes and sounded like they are in the southern part of the US.

- just got the same message as everyone else but now they call the guy Elijah. A real collection agency I am sure would not passively wait to be called back.Makes no sense. Also no one in my house has any late bills either. Ever since I got a new Blackberry with a new number this has happened. No calls on my land line ever.

I got the same message only the caller identified himself as Roger.  There has been zero correspondence sent to my home.

THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!  DO NOT GIVE YOUR EMAIL TO THIS COMPANY.  THEY ARE FISHING FOR INFORMATION AND WILL HACK YOUR ACCOUNTS!!!

Here is a post I just found on another website as I was trying to look up information on this company.  I was brutally harassed and threatened by these people today.  They are trying to collect a supposed debt that my husband owes to Wells Fargo. Along with contacting to AG below, I would call your local law enforcement agency to report it as fraud and harassment.  I have filed a report with my police department and they are taking it rather seriously.  

Okay...I came across these complaints when I saw a job ad on Craigslist for this company and wanted to do soem research before applying. I live in the Kansas City area, which is where Overland Park is located. If these posts are true, this company is operating under illegal terms and needs to placed on a watc-list or needs to be shut down...therefore, each of you need to contact the Attorney General for the State of Kansas...his name is Derek Schmidt and this is the link to his office to file a compaint: http://www.ksag.org/page/file-a-complaint. I have already filed the first complaint for all of you, and I copied and pasted this link to the complaint so that Derek Schmidt can read every one's complaint...and they are serious about fighting crime, fraud, and consumer protection. Do not give your SSN to anyone from this company until the AG from Kansas checks this company's credentials...it may be a legit comany doing business in the State of Kansas, however, they're not conducting business righfully.

I received similar messages twice.

I called this person back.  He said he wanted to talk to the owner of BennetSimp.  I asked what that was.  He said he didn't know that he would remove us from the list.  Tried calling again to ask who he was and what was the name of the company and could get no answer.  Now I am worried that he was fishing for information.

yes i too received a cal or two dozen from this same number.  my recorded person's name was elijah. it's funny, my personal phone number for the past 20+ years and i personally have good to excellent credit.  hmmmm wonder which one of my kids they are searching for.  if anyone knows how to report the harrassment, please post.

Got the same robocall, answered it but the message said he can't leave proprietory information on my voicemail. Got the same call a few weeks ago by a Tony something, different number, same message. Obviously a scammer trying trying to glean info. Going to report it to DNC.

I got this message. But Last week Same voice same message from 8775196039 Name of Chuck Schwarz.  Clearly a scam of some sorty

I got the same voice mail left from a Josh Walters number goes direct to message, no one answers!!

same stupid msg... robocall... even when i picked up the call it was still a robocall.... he has the wrong person as no one in our household has ANY outstanding debts!!!

Vague message asking to call back.

Exact same message as everybody else today ... but a previous message was from a woman who called herself Monica from the same caller ID who had an urgent mater to discuss about a week ago ... I'd called back, they confirmed it was Imperial, but they couldn't connect me to the number they had dialed an about what issue they were trying to call me about in the first place ... when I asked what was going on, they hung up on me ... I called back a second time, and they also said they didn't have my dialed number in the system and that there was no way to pull me out of the call list therefore. This is now the 2nd call from them ... and I can't get rid of them.

Recieved and second call from "Josh" asking to speak with Patricia.  I called back (a second time) to tell them that they had a wrong number.  I was somewhat passionate, since I already had told them that the number was incorrect.  The woman said that she had taken care of it.  Then I told her that someone had told me they "took care of it" the first time.  So how do I know that she had taken care of it THIS time.  things went down hill from there.  She hung up on me.  So I called back, same woman answered,  I asked to talk with her supervisor.  Ashley answered.  she explained something about a call stack and that she would talk with the manager.  However, she asked my about Patricia.  How did she know that since my number should have been deleted from the account?!   Has anyone actually spoken with "Josh"?  I suggest asking them a whole bunch of information about their company and the employees ID before you tell them ANYTHING else.  Then find the appropriate agencies to report them.

My niece got a call from this number right after my father died claiming he was calling to collect an outstanding debt my father and mother(also deceased) owed. Clearly a scam. He might be trolling some public record for death notices and then tracks down a "not too close" relative to pull this on.

Have received 3 calls from this number.

Josh Walters has conflicting information about someone in my household.  Needs to be cleared up and verify a location.

I got the same message from "Josh", and I called the number after business hours to found out the name of the company. It is Imperial Recovery Services, LLC. They are part of Regent Asset Management, a collection agency. I find these calls to be extremely unprofessional and harrassing. I will be contacting the FCC about this matter. This is just a scare tactic.
