It's a how was your service call. They called and ask when was I going to make a payment, I said I've already talked to someone every damn day this month. So they called me 3 times today to ask how was my service. They Suck.

Just got a call on cell from this number, left no message....

Used Privacy Star on my cell, it returned the number as Citi-Mortgage Survey numbmer

I received the call and they left no message...I called it back and it was a survey for CitiMortgage. I conducted business with them the prior day and they called so I could answer some survey questions

It is unfortunate that  this mortgage entity appears to have so many inexperienced and unprofessional people working for them.  They called me (from this number) asking questions about my account and I refer them to their system notes.  Their response is, "Oh".  A couple days later, same thing.  Not to mention they waste money on creating and sending out letters stating and asking for the same data.  Does anyone who works for Citimortgage ever check their system notes??!!

This is the second time I've gotten this call. It is CitiMortgage Survey. I called this number back and that was the pre-recorded message. I've spoken to CitiMortgage twice about a mistake in my account and both times I was called by this number within an hour after my call to them.

Bunch of thieves. The banks f up the economy and we have to bale them out and they call asking why my payment is late. I tell them I'll be paying the same time I always do on the 15th and they still call back every day 3 times a day so I no longer answer.

Citimortgage has started to make calls even BEFORE the fifth of the month if they haven't received your payment.  AMAZING to me that they must be really hurting for cash when the grace period is typically 5 days and account not penalized till the 15th.

What does "answear" mean, answering using obscenities?

I just got a call from this number, didn't answear but check this website to see what I found about this number, find out is citimortgage, makes sense since our mortgage is with them, but suren't they call since we are not late in our payment this month, hate when they just start calling after the 5th of every month.
