877-489-3816 Shows as belonging to Wells Fargo -- Collections???
June 9th I received six calls from this number in less than an hour.  I do not have and never have had any loans, credit cards or other debits with Wells Fargo, Wachovia or even First Union Bank (all various names and take over of the bank).  There would be no reason for Wells Fargo (collections) to be calling one or two times much less 6 times.
The home phone and the cell phone are all on the do not call list and since all have had an up tick in "unknown" calls like this one I have checked their registrations.  I have found all are still in effect.  Appears that the "do not call" law and registration do not have any teeth -- I have reported several; they just change to a different number.

This is Wells Fargo calling about transition from Wachovia.
