I've been doing my research on this company aka aryca solutions llc,  owners are Rachel Jefferson, Charlotte, NC and convicted felon Royce Mitchell Charlotte,NC and NY- all as per google searches.

Yea.  I have personal experience with this company and the owner.  He's been in lots of trouble with the law in the past and he's trying to stay under the radar now.  He has a real issue with lying and he has a real issue with sleeping around.  It's as if he's missing something in his life.  I can't believe this company is still around.  He has his managers hire employees and they bring people on to work 2 weeks commission and if they make any money, they still get screwed out of their checks.  He has never worked personally in this business, so it's obvious he's just going with the flow.  He has friends from his hometown working there and I believe they are a part of his scam.  I don't know how he can live with himself, but as the old saying goes; EVERY DO HAS HIS DAY.... and this dog is gonna be SCREWED when his day comes.

They called and threaten to take legal actions but can't give info about so called loan. They call from different numbers. They were charging me with fraud. Really!!!!

Ive got done the same way with fraud stealing my identity Robert Currans called 3 times 2day I blocked the num and it said restricted but I saw it so no sweat I wish I could track all of them down and shank nonstop cus they are annoying fell 4 it once wont do it again and I reported fraud 2 my bank in hopes of they can get my mobackney back

I received this disturbing voicemail today.

This is an important message for [my name]. I?m calling you from the process summons division of the state of WA. I?ve received legal documents that are being filed against you by your bank regarding returned checks on a closed account. I need you to contact the attorney?s office that?s handling your case at 877-490-0994. Your file # is 139012. They need to speak with you or your attorney while the claim is still under investigation. If they do not here from you within 24 hours these legal documents will be forwarded to the court and you will be sued. You have officially been notified. Only (634) showed up on caller id.

At first I was scared, but then I was like - wait a minute - why would my bank be doing this? I'm a long time customer and my accounts been open for years. Plus, they are in the middle of a fraud investigation on my behalf right now. I just had my entire checking and savings stolen out of my account recently, so my bank reimbursed half of it and its still under investigation. I called and asked about the threat on my voicemail and my bank verified they have no association with any claim against me. And unfortunately had no updates for my real claim with my account.

I googled the number and found these posts. Part of me wants to call just to verify who they are, but from these posts, I think I may just report them to the FTC and wait to see if I get any 'real' summons to court as they claim. I am out a lot of money as it is due to the real fraud I've encountered. I don't have time to deal with some scammer, I'm stressed enough as is, nor do I have extra money to just throw around to some company that hasn't sent me any legal documentation via certified mail like a legitimate company would do. Sigh. I'm so stressed out right now!!! Ugh.

Know your credit report as well!!! Equifax has the best deal!

So I got a call from a guy who said they would go on with legal procedures to serve me papers on my job, or at home for a payday loan I paid off, AND have the paid in full letter for!! When I called back I talked to this woman, who said that she was from solomon smith and associates in Maryland,(but then said, no Solomon Smith and Taylor) but gave me a North Carolina fax number to FAX over the PIF letter!! and her email to email the letter!! Honestly I wanted to see how far she would take it; as 1.) any collection agency is required to notify you by mail within 5 business days FIRST and 2.)are required to at the persons request, send a letter to confirm the debt before you give them ANY payment information.

Oh and by the way, they are NOT suppose to threaten you at home, or your place of employment. I checked my credit report as well to confirm the debt has been resolved, since Ive been burned by FAKE collections agencies, like Michael Gibson and Dunn and Hudson Parker.

KNOW your rights people! Go to the BBB or FTC to ensure that these people are following procedures. In some cases, you can sue them!

Royce Mitchell is the owner and he is a scum bag. Google him. He's sleeping with all of his employees & he has a wife. He cheats his employees out of hours they work and he has a terrible past. He like to sleep around with girls that are young and he is a BIG LIAR! Women, don't go & work there. You could be his next victim. He could be carrying a social disease that you can't get rid of!! STAY AWAY! He's dangerous!

Claims to be calling from the county arbitration division of my home county, saying he received legal paperwork around a fraudulent check case.  We don't have such a unit of government and he followed the same stupid intimidation model that other idiot scammers have followed, roughly "You need to contact the attorney's office that's handling your case immediately.  If you don't then blah blah blah."  I have been through garnishment and I know how it works here - there is a straightforward, non-threatening service of paperwork, a court date and then money within certain legal limits is taken out of each check.  No intimidation, complete transparency.  If there is a real debt, bring it on and it will get paid - don't try to scare me with lame lies.

Are you kidding? You think these are legit??? My daughter received a call from G.  Shaw saying she has a legal action against her and that if she didn't pay $5000 within 48 hours she would be arrested.  It was supposedly for a pay day loan in Florida! she has never been to Florida and has never taken out a Pay Day loan, EVER! This G. Shaw also called me and her brother, how do they get our numbers!!! This is a scam and a violation of privacy.

Fisrt check with your state and see if they are operating legally.  The Commonwealth of Kentucky does not recognize lending institutions that does not have a physical building in the state. So all those on-line lenders have no legal recourse, because they are not legal in the Commonwealth. So, while you are talking about reading the contract they should know in which state they can legally operate. If they screw up they should cut their lose and do the MORAL thing and Honor their LEGAL OBLIGATIONS and stop harrasing people.  These companies didnt research the legalities of doing business so they need to deal with it. Check with your state attorney general.

In their defense???Why would u defend these f**kers who r trying to scam people out of their hard working money. Not only do these scammers need to get a life...u need to get a life too!

    First it was John Anthony from this number, now it is Rebecca  Johnson.  They both told me I would be arrested the same afternoon of the call because I gave a loan company a number of bad checks, which I most certainly did NOT.  The company is Check N Go.  Yes I had a loan from them.  I gave them 6 checks to be exact, each one post dated and for the amount of my monthly payment.  The deal was that I would go to an appointment each month on the day my checks were dated and release a payment that month.
    The day BEFORE my FIRST appointment, the CROOKED manager deposited all SIX of my checks!  I am disdabled and live on a fixed income.  ONE check cleared; the other five did not.  She proceeded to run five paper checks through my bank FOUR times.  Then she ran them electronically four more times.  I was assessed five OD and five NSF fees each time she did this. I have NEARLY recovered from this crap, finally only to have these crooks calling telling me I will be arrested.
    I finally told miss Rebecca Johnson to have them come get my old disabled a**, along with my scoote rchair,  oxygen machine and my nebulizer with my breathing medication.I also reminded her to please let the arresting officer know that I already had 2 aneurysms rupture in my head and I live with 2  more still in my head.  I regularly take blood pressure medication to hopefully prevent any further brain surgery.  She hung up at that point and will not take or return my phone calls today.  Go figure.  I let her know that I am currently enrolled in college with 91 hours towards a BS in Criminal Justice with a minor in Forensic Psychology.  I am 57 years young and survived the past brain surgery and I really am tired of these scammers attempting to steal from us.
    People, go google your states Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  Famiiarize yourself with the various acts that are considered fair as well as tose that are UNfair and illegal.  An informed public will surely be able to arm themselves with enough information to protect ourselves as opposed to falling for their BS!!  Let's all help each other turn this thing around on the CROOKS!

this debt company is NOT able to take any legal action against anyone, they are not licensed, not registered, not legal in any state to collect debt. they cannot arrest you, can't send a "proces server" , if they won't mail you via US MAIL a copy of your original contract, they are violating the law.  This "firm" won't and can't, because they are trying to evade the law. (not going to work this time)  REPORT THEM TO THE FTC, FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION.

These are fraudulent scam artists using names of companies that do not exist when you try to locate them. These are not legitimate loans, I have not taken out any payday loans and they are calling me, so tell me why?????

To the people preaching about paying your bills, are u listening?  They are collecting debts that aren't even valid.  The lady today hung up on me stating she gets paid $1000 every time I call. They have called my family and told them I had a warrant out for my arrest and caused my family a lot of uneeded worry!

My mother received a call from this Steven Wright character. His voicemail was for me. I have not lived with my mother for 10 years and her phone number has changed at least 2 times in that time.

When i called the number above the lady who answered did not speak good english or was eating food or something.

I got a call from a man named Steven Wright. He said he was calling from the offices of Solomon, Smith, &  Taylor law firm. He stated he was calling because I have an outstanding payday loan in the amount of $1000 that I took out on 6/19/2009 from Kenwood Services. I have never received a payday loan from Kenwood Services and I have never took out a payday loan for $1000. He said if I didn't get something in to him by 2:00 today that they would take me to court. These people need to stop harassing hard working people like me that go to work everyday and pay their bills. They called me from 877-890-0994.

I just recieved a call from these people today. The problem is this- i satisfied this debt the previous year through another company using scare tactics such as a warrant will be issued for my arrest if i failed to make arrangments by the end of the work day. I cleaned up my credit a year or teo prior to last year's call and admittedly was afraid and in the process of buying a home.  After i staisfied the debt i called the comapny back to ask a question. Oddly enough the number was dead and email was comign back undeliverable. so fast forward a year later and this company solomonsmithtaylor called me this morning. emailed something to me. i went to the websie link provided on email and it was a dead link then i googled and found nothing on them except these kinds of posts. i emailed the gentleman back and asked for him to validate his company for me, several emails in fact and keep getting this response -This email address is for correspondence only.  For any questions or concerns please contact the office at 877-490-0994 -
my last email i sent a copy of this page and informed them that this was the only information i was able to find on the website about the company. funny that minutes later i got a call from a gentleman claiming to be from NYS office (didnt quite catch his full title) advising me that solomonsmithtaylor just faxed over documents and asking me if 9:30am tomorrow was a good time to be served. LOL! I have never been served myself but i know a few who have and  no one has ever called and announced that tehy were serving them at a set time. i told the gentleman that i just spoke with the company this morning and was in the process of waiting for them to verify the legitamacy of thier company and that i fond it awfully coincidental that in the wake of the emails i was sending that i woudl get such an escalated call so quick. first tactic didnt work so they obviously stepped it up. never mind the fact that most reputable businesses dont call from private numbers.
I went through teh whole bit with teh gentleman on the phone who seemed so shocked that compnay was unable to validate itself and has nothing, also mentioned the coincidence of his call. so we ende dteh conversation an hour ago with him "getting back to me" not sure on what but still waiting :)
i know i do not owe this money and i know that at one point i did but it was satisfied and i am not worried. It's obvious old debts and info are being sold in hopes that people do not remember the bad debts they owe and are scared enough by the tactics they use.

IM NOT UPSET ABOUT THE CALLS, BECAUSE I KNOW I OWE. JUST LIKE MOST OF YOU KNOW YOU OWE AS WELL.  WHAT BOTHERS ME IS NORMAL COLLECTION PRACTICES HAVE TO BE OVER LOOKED BECUZ WHEN WE DEFAULT ON OUR LOANS REGARDLESS OF WHAT THEY ARE, WHEN TEND TO GET AMNESIA.  I HAVE DEFAULTED ON SEVERAL LOANS, PAYDAY LOANS AS WELL, BUT I WAS ALWAYS WILLING TO WORK OUT A PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT SO THAT I COULD LOOK MYSELF IN THE MIRROR EVERYDAY AND KNOW IM ONE STEP CLOSER TO TAKING CARE OF MY DEBT.
