Same message but all that changes is the voice and caller ID number.  Imperial Recovery must have some deep pockets with all the numbers they use.  Here are a few they use:

This Mr Hinely keeps calling and some chick too now u know.... so private they can't leave a msg, I have yet to call them back........ I just laugh as their msg on my voice mail keeps getting more and more intense that its REALLY imperative I return their call.................. LOL sure enough....... I google the number and I read what you all have posted........... Life is wonderful when u can screw a telebotherer........... LOL Don't these idiots even understand the first thing we do is google their numbers????? too funny!   All the time and effort that has been wasted in the past from lowlife like Henly and his daughter (or crack w***e) (or both)........ pleases me to keep getting called (my cell is always turned off) its nice to be able to hit "7" before the first word is spoke Ha Ha Ha Ha....... yes I personally will bankrupt them by insisting they keep calling and calling and calling and calling.... Ha Ha

I have rceived a ton of these also. I finally decided to call back and tell Mr. Hensly a thing or two.  Instead I had to talk to a VERY rude jerk who answered the phone and practically threatened me if I wouldn't give him my name & phone number when all I was doing was trying to find out the name of the company.  He then hung up on me.
    Have you heard anything to do about this?

It's funny you call the people on this page a piece of s***, when it obvious that if you are on this site you must have looked up this number also, so you too must be a piece of s***. If funny you expect the people to do the right thing, when the sleazy banks and collection agencies have been do the WRONG thing for years. The right thing to do, is never pay m oney to a collection agency. If you owe the debt, work with the original creditor. Collection Companies only make money if you send them the check. A collection company cannot sue you. The only one that can sue is the person that you owe the debt too. So let Mr Henly, Mr croswell and all these other phony names blow all the hot all they want.

I have been getting the same call from Mr. Hemly for quite some time. I decided I would call and tell him I was going to make a DEICISION WITH OR WITHOUT HIM and report him to the attorney general.  Unfortuantely, a VERY VERY rude man harrased me.  I was so flabergasted, I forgot the most important thing - and that was to record the phone call.  If I can find out the name of the company I will not rest until I report them and do what I can to get rid of them.

Same Mr. Henley crap as above.  I find it interesting it is such a personal, urgent, and private matter but they don't ever mention my name like they know who I am.  Obviously, that is because it is an automated message.  If you stay on the line, it just repeats itself exactly.  Scam.

Same BS message from Henley.....Called number back and gave them the old...you the H-ll is this and if you can't ID yourself don't call me back.....my home landline....interested to see if he calls again.

I just received the same message from Mr. Hemley saying they have information I may not be aware of and to call back today or they will have to make a decision without my input. "Mr. Hemley" has called several times and left messages on my home phone, what's the point of the do not call list again?

If I could get my hands around Mr. Henly I'd break his neck.  Why can't this GUY BE

I got the same call from mr Henley. very vague and going on about needing my input. How do you need my advise when you didn't even address me by my actual name. mr Henley go suck a brick and stop with trying to scam hard working citizens.

I just got a vm from mr Henley. The same message that was very vague. Sounds like a scam. It's an automated message and I hate dealing with automatic humans. Do yourself a favor and ignore the call.

This is a call from Imperial Recovery Partners.  They call repeatedly on a debt that was paid off in 2009!  I am finally sending them a cease communication letter.  If they continue calling after its against the law.  
The man who called me earlier today got my blood boiling.  I tried telling him that the debt was settled TWO years ago.  He told me there was still a debt for 82 dollars.  He finally hung up when I wouldnt let him talk since I called bs on the whole thing.  
I called the number back and actually got in touch with a nice man who explained the date it was paid off and agreed they should no longer be calling and gave me the address to send the cease letter to.  
Just irritating that collectors can continue to call after something has been taken care of.  And I am sure there are people who wouldve believed a debt was still due and would have been glad to pay it not knowing.

Got same call today about return call or they will make a decision without my input.They can put it someplace.
Legitimate bisinesses,if there are any, should police these calls. Everybody I know is not answereing unknown calls.

Got my call from Mr. Henley to call back by 5pm 1-877-494-1532. I've been receiving calls now for at least a year. I guess I was waiting for legal action...has not happened yet. There is no reason it should! They've been playing phone tag with my answering machine all this time these guys are persistent. Had enough today, using my work phone I returned the call *67  +877-494-1532, got a mans voice. Told him I'm looking to see why I'm getting these calls. He asked for the number, I gave him my home phone number. He looked it up and said are you Courtney Oliver? I said No, and I've had this number for at least three years. He said she must be giving out that number to avoid collectors, plus it?s a recycled number. He said he would have my number removed! I'll be counting the days til.

Just got a message from this number with a Mr. Henley sounding very official and authoritative, saying its in the best interest of all that I contact him immediately. What is this?

Received the same call today from a "Tyler Williams".  Talks slow and sluggish like he has come down off a recent high.  The line about proprietary information is BS.  What legit business does this?  Since they won't leave the name of their company, it is a 100% scam.

Check with your phone service to see if they offer call blocking.  I know Time Warner Cable has a free service called "VoiceZone" where you can block up to 30 numbers.  I use it and it has done a good job so far.

Just got the same type of call from a Mr. Henley saying they have information we are not aware of and that he has left several messages and we had better call back by 5pm today or else they will make a decision for us without our input.  Oh well if they cannot be bothered to leave the name of who they are calling then so be it.

Some of us do not have negative (collections) debt so therefore we should not be on this list. Yes if you owe the money then try to take care of it but if they have no reason to call it is very annoying. Some of these are scams you know!

All you are is deadbeat debtors and you are the reason that the wonderful country we all live in, bleed for, and would die for is in the economic shape and distress it is. There are people like you that want handouts or are too lazy to take care of the responsibilities that we all so hard work for. You take for granted the freedom you have and chose to lie cheat and steal from whoever will allow it. You are the people that have tarnished this wonderful county and you all would get pissed if another country talks bad about us, yet you do nothing but continuously take your pathetic lives for granted.

just recieved call from this number, saying information in his office we may not be aware of, and must call back  call the number back and get message that they will connect to than there nothing I hung up after 30 seconds of silent.

A scammer, trying to get us to call him back. Said his name was Gunner (sure, yeah) and to call him @ 877.494.1532. Said he has very important information regarding someone I know and that I need to call him back immediately to "get this cleared up". What a jerk- get a real job "Gunner". BTW, "Gunner" uses a cell phone from Avondale, PA- 610.563.2090.
