This number sent me a text at 4:30 am stateing my ATM was suspended.  Called the bank first thing this a.m. and it wasn't true.  The number is inserted in the text at the end.  There is no originating number as to who really "sent" the text.  Total scam!!!!!!!

Husband got Two Call in one day on his Sprint Cell, which text : Credit Card has been Suspended at Franklin Bank, to reactivate please call 1-877-496-6201, second call number was: 1-877-526-9331. He called home to see what was up with this call, told him not to call back, I called our bank to ask about it. We are okay, nothing happened.
Then my son called to tell me he got a very strange call from a Franklin bank, saying the above same things. He is also on Sprint. I did call sprint, some young lady said, Oh Yeah, there was a email that went out like that, just don't pay any attention to it. Like it was no big deal. I also asked if anyone else had reported this happening, she said I don't think so. If they had not, why would she have been aware of this situation.

I also got the 4:30 am text saying it was Grundy National Bank and my ATM had been suspended. Grundy National Bank is a small town bank in Grundy Center Iowa. Not my town and not my bank. All five of our cell phones (sprint accounts) received the same text. I suspect someone with Sprint number information. A total scam.

"this is an automated message from grundy national bank.  Your atm card has been suspended.  To reactivate acll urgent at 877-496-6201.  My husband got the exact same thing.  Call the bank all is o.k.!

Received a text message from an unidentified source. "This is an automated message from Grundy National Bank. Your ATM card has been suspended. To reactivate call urgent at 877-496-6201."  I don't have any idea who Grundy National Bank is I sure don't have a card with them, so I knew something was up.  Looked up the number and found this site.  It's a scam and I hope the originator gets caught soon.

received message about CC being deactivated, seemed suspicious, looked it up and found this.  Don't trust this phone number, contact your bank and talk to them, not this scam

received a text saying that my ATM card has been deactivated when the bank when called back it was an electronic machine asking to put in my credit card number and such information... before i decided to do I called my bank to verify if this was true... Nothing happened with my credit card
