This is hilarious, these people tried the same thing last year same time different lawyers.  I had my lawyer contact them back and all comments are correct rude woman with attitude determined not to give out any information. They even have if you call after hours the nerve to call back and say and after hour call was placed if you have been served under the law we do not have to talk to you anymore, if you haven't been served please contact our office during business hours. Then she ends the call good luck.  Get a real job and stop harassing people.  The economy is bad enough without scam artist out trying to make a quick buck.  Do you idiots not realize people will get a lawyers in on this kind of mess.

Only a Judge can issue a bench warrant. Any remotely intelligent person knows that. So "Karen" has just deeply insulted you. She has tried to take you for a fool. Thank God you're not a fool & you found your way here.
Everybody knows that a process server doesn't call ahead of time either. So "Karen" ,being neither a Judge nor a process server, has proven to you (and everybody reading this) that she's nothing but a fraud. I hope she monitors this site & finds out about what an A** she's made of herself.

Karen miller called said she was going to issue a bench warrant. If I could meet her so that she can serve the summons. Gave this number 877-502-5753. Called the number with no voicemail.  

Got a call from this so called debt collector today. Provided a phone number and case #.  When I called back got a very rude lady who when I asked where I was calling or what company she worked for she wouldn't give me any information unless I had a case number. Called back again and got a man this time. Claiming to be with Michael,Michael, and Associates. Wouldn't give any information without a name or case number. Asked for their physical address and he said they deal with foreclosuers and repossesions, neither of which I have EVER deal with, and that he could not give out thier address. DO NOT give them any personal information. This is a scam.  They said something about serving papers? I have yet to get any such papers served. I have gotten numerous calls in the past couple months from callers saying there is a court warrant involved and I will be getting served papers by the end of the day, never got served any papers. Checked my credit report, didn't have any outstanding debts. Ask for proof of this debt in writing, mailed. Do not give them any information, they are liars and scam artists. Put a fraud alert on your credit report and monitor your accounts
