I call on star and told them if they call one more time I am reporting them to the FCC and she sure me that they will remove our number from there list.

We have declined onstar and now we are being harassed with phone calls

Thanks for the info on On-Star.  Now I know where these particular calls are coming from.  Did not renew my service and this is no doubt robo calling at it's best.  Even tho I never anwser a call I do not recognize, this is a great site to check those pesky numbers

It's Onstar. Between them and Serius radio I get a call or 2 daily. Last GM for me.

Was added to their "do not call" list yesterday... didn't work.

Got a call just now.

Off to complain again...

If it is OnStar, then they're going to continue to not get the phone answered.

I don't answer ANY calls that do not have an identifiable Caller ID.  "Toll Free Caller" is not good enough.

I do have a newer Chevy vehicle and have OnStar.  I do not intend to renew it once the trial period is up.  It is useless to me.

i got on-star free for 3 months if they want to make an offer why don't they leave a message???

They call every five or so days day, 2 calls- five minutes apart, leave no message... Guess they haven't figured out I am not here !!! I gather from these comments it is Onstar calling, yes I have their base package on 2 of the 3 vehicles that came with it...I makes me mad is they leave NO MESSAGE!!!!At least with emails, I can block them. :).  There is no reason for them to call, I do everything via on line account for each car....

Call concerning my NRA membership renewal, though I had to call back to find out it was them as they didn't leave a message. I see from some comments It's also a number something called Onestar uses. I'm guessing it's an auto dialer that multiple companies use for customer service or fundraising calls.

This number is constantly calling me and when I answer, they hang up. I do have OnStar, but my free trial does not run out until May 2014. They keep this up, I won't even consider continuing.

I called back and spoke with someone in sales/customer service after pressing option #4.  This person said her name was "Chris" and wouldn't give me her last name nor her employee number.  She did however give me a reference number.  I asked to be put on the DNC list and was told it takes 7 days.  

Prior to hanging up the phone, the "chris" person tried to get me to renew my onstar policy.  I said I would do it on the website or from the vehicle.  She then quickly wanted to hang up the phone.  

Me thinks this is a scam

Have gotten several calls from 877-503-0574,   On my cell phone.    They never leave a message.    I'm sick of it.    Who do we report this to in order for it to stop.

Call the number back 877-503-0574, and press 3 for sales.  they will answer, then start complaining. Do NOT give them your name or tel number.  Just attempt to take up as much of their time as possible.

OnStar.   Call back.  Hit the number 4 immediately.   Someone will answer.  Ask them to remove you from their call list.   They will remove immediately.   They only verified the account and gave zero sales pitch.  The person focused on the removal of my number from their list only.   Not as bad as I predicted.   After she verified that the number was put into the system to be removed she said thank you for calling and using onstar.  Done.  Simple.  Professional.

They keep calling even after I cancelled subscriptuion...how rude!

yes it's onstar, when I asked not to be called, they hung up, F*** onstar.

I've just call the number and talked to somebody from Onstar, they were nice, I told them I don't want to receive call everyday. The employee apologies for that.

The last 4 days I receive approx 4 calls, I didn't answer and finally I answer and nobody was talking. They hung up after 30 sec.

877-503-0574 is OnStar. Obviously trying to sell one of their packages. I blocked their number. If I am interested I will contact them from my vehicle.

It is Onstar. Call the number back and it's very simple to have your number removed from their call list. I bought a car from GM and got Onstar for a trial period. I am one of the biggest complainers about the DNC but this one I have no complaint about. It was perfectly legal. They were very helpful in stopping the calls.

So, it's OnStar.  I have OnStar but about to run out.  I've received 4 calls and they don't leave a message.  Not good cust svc to not do so and I will let them know when they call again.  My caller ID only shows 'toll free caller'.  If it showed as OnStar I might have answered.  Don't know what they're trying to hide.

I called the number back, talked to the option 4 gal and found out my cell number was registered to a chevy truck and some guy that I am not. She said it would take 7 days to get my number off the call list so I added my wife's cell number and my land line as well to their do not call list. Hopefully this will be my last entry here.......We'll see.

please stop these people from calling people with their phone numbers on the national do not call list.

Thank you for letting me know this number is onstar. I did not pick up the phone when they called, so I don't know what they said. We did purchase a new vehicle, so that is why we are getting calls from both onstar and siriusXM. Thanks guys for posting!!!

Called at 8pm.  If it's Onstar they shouldn't call without leaving a message.  I have Onstar but it's about to expire.
