A man by the name of Ted Williams called me again yesterday. He had called before on December 6 and 7 of 2011 claiming to be a process server and wants to serve me summons at either my place of employment or at my home address. He left me voice messages, but his number is "Blocked" or "Unknown". I called the number that he mentioned for me to call it was a company named "American" something. That number by the way is (877) 896-5973. They wanted my debit, or credit card info, which I did not disclose because I was not sure if I can trust who they are on the other line. They claim to have filed a complaint against me for fraud and for writing bad checks. I did obtain a Payday loan from Check N Go back in June and I was paying my monthly payments until my checking account was compromised in August. So I had to close my checking account. Of course Check N Go ran my check from that closed checking account but was returned. I have explained my situation with "American" but they did not want to hear me out. They were being very persistent about getting my info. I finally hung up on them. I have notified the Campus Police at a community college where I work about it and they are aware of my harassing phone calls I get from a Ted Williams. Please help me and stop these phone calls!

FYI there is another company called United that does the same thing...there are code is 855. I told the man Terry Molder I would call him back after I recieve his company credentials and what do you know it is another scam...please be sure not to verify any information they may have...Whem theft left me a message they gave me  the wrong date of birth so
i know it was not me.

missed the call

I received a call from a copy who said they were American Associates. They threatened me, my family and friends. Telling them they were taking me to court and that they would sue me for the outstanding balance and they would make sure they served me at work. Some guy named Ted Williams left a message on my phone and said they wanted a phone call today and then said "good luck".

I continue to get calls from them as well. They say they are American Processing and leave the numbers of 877-595-4318 which when you look up on the internet does not belong to American Processing. All the calls I get are from and unknown number and leave the number of 877-504-2452 to call back with a man name of Ted Williams and Semone Page. I am filing a complaint with the FTC and they threaten that they are taking me to court as well and have a summons for me. No case has been filed against me and only a clerk of court can issue a summons to appear to court. So they are not a who they say they are.

I keep getting calls from this number and they say they are filing a lawsuit against me.  I told them I would call them back then they have someone who claims they are a process server call me.  It is a collection agency.   To my knowledge they cant claim they have filed a lawsuit unless they have actually filed one or claim that they will file unless they actually do so...

I just got the phone call, but it was in regards to a friend of mine where I was listed as a referance/family member.  My message stated that my friend's name has been filed in a complaint against him.  Caller's name, Jonathon Bray. (But you can hear other voices in the background like a bill collection agency.)
