Got call from 877-504-4181. They too called me AT WORK, based on incorrect data, saying she was working for Washington Mutual Home Loans. I asked the lady for some identification or some information about my loan for proof. She was unable to provide anything other then my name and address.

I am familiar with this company;, they are a loss mitigation company who has a pool of mortgage loans that are in arears and are offering to assist in anyway possible sometimes the numbers provided are wrong or are old. just call the number back, it is toll free and they can clarify this with you it is not a scam as they did assist me years ago. thay are not jusdt "another company" they are an outsourced company based on the data that is sent to them from lenders. If you just give them a chance they can assist you wether it be a banking issue or just simply a wrong number. again I am familiar with their operation and the office personnel they are very personable and work hard to assist these people who fall in hard times like today thank you MOS!!

I received daily calls but every time I answered the phone, there was nobody there. I called the number back and held for a "customer relations representative". The recorded message said it could be calling about a collections dispute. I do not have any past due accounts so wondering if this is a scam to get my personal information. I held for over 9 minutes and gave up. I will try again later. If I get a hold of anybody I will re-post.
