Got a fax from this number peddling insurance again... When will it stop?

I just got the fax and called. He told me they do the buybacks from vacations from large corporations. he said the name was rsvp. Rsvp vacations is a gay and lesbian vacation rentl. Idk sounds scammish to me.

I think faxers is outside of the country.

I called the number just to see what  "Super Fantastic Vacations"  were going to say.  Some woman answered the phone reservations how may I direct your call.  I replied I am sorry what company is this? She said reservations.  I then preceded to say what is the name of your company?  She said in a slow unsure tone Vacation Travels.  I said you did not seem to confident that is the company name.  Right then she hung up on me!  SCAM ALERT!  If you receive a fax that has no name of the the company, or call and the person cannot tell you the name of the company, or the vacations are to good to be true deals, more then likely its a scam.  Don't fall for it people 1-888-361-5556 is def a scam!!

Yep. Have an extra ten minutes so am using my redial button with speaker-phone.  Can send 10 to 20  calls per minute. Best part - I have line blocking.  They probably share an office with the Travel Co scammers.

Gotten dozens of faxes with the fake check crap and multiple different numbers, but when you call, its the same answering service. It then gives you an option to leave a message with a business name and fax number to be removed. I'm hesitant to do so because then the faxes are going to probably pick up speed and then we'll also be harassed by phone as well, and since these people have no integrity, it will be equally as hard to remove from the call list.Also, call the 1-877-504-6366 Number and busy tone or out of service is all you get.
Getting tired of the faxes, waste of paper and time.

Great idea! Never thought of this option. Oh I can not wait to try this. These numbers they use are forwarded to out off the country. I checked several providers of toll free number forwarding prices range from .05 to .08 cents per minute. Time to light up their phones! I doubt they try to file harassment charges, because they are already braking the law. My son had a cool idea also,(he also know how to hide IP addresses) set up a free google number and and repeatedly robo call them.  A TASTE OF THEIR TACTICS! Going to try this on many other scammers I have collected info on.

Well, I did get it figured out.

The company is out of the country of Colombia.  I found an article a couple of weeks ago and just tossed the paper shaking my head. They send these all over the country. They have been sued several times and have lost. Their philosophy is simple....make enough calls and make enough money to cover any law suits and still make a killing.

THEY DON'T CARE.

I find out what they do indeed care about....today I was upset.  I have called and called and called to be removed from their lists. They keep faxing. So, with a little bug up my bum, I called them back. Hit #1 to go to some program...hit #1 to be connected, listened for about 10 seconds to some lovely music, tapped my foot a bit and when Josh, or Andrew, or Scott, or Paul answered, simply hung up.  I did this 10 times in a row.  I called 800-543-1715. The number listed on their fax.

Incoming calls cost them money. That is how an 800 # works. They pay for everytime someone calls them on the 800#.

After call #10 I get a call....I was on the other line, so it went to voicemail.  The message said.....I am calling in response to a crank call made from...said the office name...then he said...STOP IT.  (I am smiling right now)

So I called back and said....for every unwanted fax you send me, I will call you a minimum of 10 times to let you  know I am not happy. Josh said...let me transfer you. I said....NO.  I don't care anymore. I will call you back if you transfer me.  He transferred me. I called him back 3 times. He was furious.

I told him I would do it. And I did it.

So, all....everytime you get a fax from them, I urge you to call their 800# and to be certain they get charged, wait til the guy answers...then hang up.

I have called to have my number removed 3 times now since 3/17/14.  Each time the auto attendant says "The number you have entered will be removed soon."  I've rec'd 7 unwanted faxes from them since March 1st.  If I get one more, I will be complaining to the FCC.  

I like that...I do one better.  As soon as they answers I yell BAM! F you!

Their name should be Run Quick. LOL

It's funny - these illegl fax spammers break the law with illegal unsolicited faxes, and then expect you to trust them with your financial information. I wouldn't trust these filthy rats as far as I could throw them.

This number is at the bottom of a fax to call to remove your fax number from this offer.  The offer is Exclusive Vacation Deals!!!  FOR YOU!!!   No one is listed to receive and no one is listed to talk to other than a phone number for agents at 1-888-361-5556.   The offer ends the day it arrived.  

You ROCK, so going to do this!!

I have contacted the FCC regarding these scumbags, what was done? NOTHING....Your method may be more effective, if not SIMPLY GRATIFYING!!

I tried calling today to get removed b/c we get about 10 junk faxes from different companies... zoom capital, Get Away Vacations to name a few and they all have the same to be removed # at the bottom 877-504-6366. I called this morning and all it did was ask me a bunch of questions to see if I was eligible for this promotion and when I hit 2 for no, it hung up on me.

I hate theses scams. These guys are jerks!

Please remove our fax # from your mailing list. The number listed to remove my fax # indicates I've reached the wrong # and to try again. The company is Fundquik at 1-800-706-5996

I receive too much faxes from this number please have my number removed from your future calls as the attempts to notify you of the nuisance gives me a not allowed response when I dial.

3/10/14 called number and received a recording, "Please input the number you wish to unsubscribe with the three digit area code and press #"  [Number entered and # pressed]  "It will take a few days for these changes to take effect."  

I suspect I may have activated our number even more telling these people there is someone on the other end.  Since it is a governmental phone, I will sick the attorney general on them...l.

I have recieved several faxes from zoom capital(5) , simple funding (5), community funding (3) and romantic get-aways (2).
I think it is time for a class action suit as this is in violation of Telephone Consumer Protection Act 47 sect 227.

Fake "removal" number listed on the bottom of a travel scam junk fax.  The only thing that happens when you call these "removal" numbers is that you confirm to the fax spammer that you have a working number.  They might take you off their list, but mot times don't and instead sell your number to other fax spammers resulting in even more junk faxes.

Tried calling the remove #, keeps ringing. Tried more than 10 times, no luck.  Read the reviews here, figured I'd try another avenue:
This one's from Zoom Capital for a "pre-approved" business loan $52.6k :-).  I called the 800-903-8132 "please contact us if you're interested" number, and listened to the prompts.  They said dial 9 to stop receiving offers, and I had to leave them a message with our business name and fax.  Hope this works.....these guys are persistent :-).

Fax from Zoom Capital or www.zoomcap.com with numbers 877-504-6366 to be removed or 800-903-8132 for free loan quote. I plan to block numbers through my phone company to see if it helps.

Junk/Spam fax from Zoom Capital saying we are pre-approved for $52,600 for a business loan listed this bogus removal number for removal. I see they changed their name from Simple Funding.

Since 877-504-6366 did not work to be removed, I call the main number 800-543-1715 option 9, which had me record a business name (none for me) and my fax number. We'll see how it works

Our company has also been receiving this fax from both companies. However, when I tried the number to call for removal, the number just cycles through and disconnects.  As for the illegible signature, if you will notice the initials are in cursive. They are
BS. So of course these faxes are just what is written they are bs.

If there was a way to figure out what number is faxing then maybe we can fax back a couple hundred black pieces of construction paper. Every time they fax it is a waste of our paper and ink.
