Changed my number because of these types of calls and only family friends and dr have my new number.  Called and nothing on my voicemail.  

They called didn't answer. Called back said was RDK. I asked what it was they ask me if my name was blah blah and it was regarding important business. I did not tell them it was me asked three times what kind of important business it was and she kept teying to get my name I said I'm not giving my name untill you tell me what this so called important business was and she said well you won't varify tour name and hung up stupid a** dept collector never five tour name till they tell you what it is they want.

Keeps calling & leaving a 2-3 second message but can't hear anything. Don't know who it is or what it's for.

Keeps calling for someone I don't even know. When I called them to tell them this they keep hanging up on me.

First a recording came in on answering machine asking for my name and for me to press 9 for info or call the number back. When I picked up I was being transferred and a woman asked me for my address and I asked what for and she said to collect a bill. When I ask'd what bill it was she proceeded to ask what my address was and I told her I needed to know who and why and she said she'd call back at another time and she hang up as I was saying to her that there's no need unless she address's who and why she was calling. SO...WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE? Why would I want to send money to someone I don;t know????? They are more stupid than I.

This is from a collection agency that goes by RDK Collections.  They handle collections for Oakland County Corrections and the Oakland County Courthouse.  Court fees, jail fees, MDOC fines (such as supervision, tether, etc) and the like are collected through them.  They claim to be working for whoever they're calling to collect on behalf, so they might not say RDK when you talk to them.  

If you know you do not owe anything then someone may have just put down a random number that happens to be yours.

I keep getting this call and I don't owe anyone any money. So I have no clue why they keep calling.

This number has been calling and leaving a programmed message for Glenn something on my business line. Don't remember last name. I don't know a Glenn and there's no one at my number with that name and never has been. I finally tracked down a collection agency connected with the 877 number that's been calling. I think it was Burnstein & Burnstein in Troy or Southfield, Michigan with a 248 phone number which has since dropped off my page. I called them and told them they had wrong number. A very pleasant sounding young woman answered, apologzed and said my number would be removed. We'll see. If they call again, I'm going to report this to the FCC and to the attorney general's office.

caller said tha he was from the Michigan Department of Corrections, and that is was about paying on tether and supervision fees, and to call him back at the above number.  A real creep, who will suffer the wrath of the court if he keeps calling and lying that he's from MDOC.

The first part of the message was missing, but a google search indicates a company in Troy, MI.

Called for my daughter (who does not live with me and is married, so doesn't even use the name they called with) and told her to call back a different number about a debt.  I asked her, and she said she didn't owe anybody anything.  In any case, I didn't call the number back and they eventually stopped calling (after calling several times a day for many weeks).

It said to call back 1-877-507-6643.
When dialing that number, the other end answers that it is Credit One Bank.  With Pacific Coast hours M-F and Sat
