Got a call from 901-756-6031.  When I googled that number, I found that it was linked to this 877 number.

I rec'd a call from Mr. Turner stating that I have refused to take the papers that they are trying to serve me and they HAVE NOT even attempted to serve me.  The number he tells me to call him back at is 877-495-8945 to resolve this matter.  I have put a complaint in with the BBB against them.  I would advise you guys to do the same.

Did anyone contact you about filing complaints against this company?

I received a call from a "Frank Davis" on February 1st and again today February 3rd  a message indicating I should be at my residence betwwee 2-4pm or they would come to my employment location and I do not work for anyone and am self employed. The number for this Frank Davis is a Ventura County number which is 805-388-7238. I called AT&T information and they did not have a listing for it I also called the 1-877-509-3210 number and did not identifiy myself but talked to a man who did not want to give the address of the firm but did answer as Unified Asset Solutions. File a complaint against Unified Asset Solutions with the BBB and FTC.  www.bbb.org.  Type in the name of the business and it will take you to the right spot.  Yes, Crystal tried to get me as well.  I filed complaints agains UAS and her as well.

i have been called last week at work and told that there are papers to be served and than when i spoke with Ms JACOBS...he was rude and mentioned all the same staff that everyone route so far on this site.

..At first i was scared , he knew my social and address and had my friends name i use as reference..
he said i owe 1850$ and if i was to pay 950$ day after (this was 5 days ago)...i will not go to court!

Luckily the same day i have read all those comments and i did not do anything since i could not pay anyway or borrow money!
This Crystal..b----h..called 2x...saying ill be at ur work in 2hours ,she called it "voluntary denial "  on my part if she wont find me>..however shes extremely rude..and was told by my co-work in charge that shes not aloud to come there !!!
So far i have been harassed and i'd like from anyone who sees my comment to tell me where to file a complaint exactly ??!!

I got a call on 1/24/2011 saying I would be served on Thurs, 1/27/2011.  Ok I have had the honer of being served in my divorce case, and you don't get calls saying your are going to be served.  Of course I didn't get served and this morning I got another call saying why I didn't show up to get served.  

I also checked the court website and there is no case filed as they claim.

I did the same. Filed a report withthe FTC and BBB. I also have engaged legal counsel. I closed my bank cards and notified both banks to watch out for transactions from this place. While I was on the phone with these clowns- they said I should go to Best Buy to apply for a job , they asked me "How I'd been surviving' the last 2 years..I have been laid off for 2 years.- companies still aren't hiring in our area- I have applied everywhere. AND AFTER I told them not call me again by Cease and Desist- I get a call from their gopher saying that ' I will be at your work or place of residence' with some paperwork- THEY DO NOT FOLLOW FDCPA RULES!

I filed a complaint with the FTC against Unified Asset Solutions and Crystal today as well.  This has got to stop somehow someway.

My situation started on 1/13/11 - I got a phone call after hours at work and at home from a Crystal as well.  She told my co-worker that she had papers that required my signature.  I called back within the hour and spoke with a Mr. Turner - He was a complete jerk, he was trying to get me to verify my name, SS # yada yada.....The message on my answering machine at home from Crystal that night indicated that she would be in my area on that following Monday 1/17/2011 - and would give me a courtsey call at least 2 hours before coming out to my home or place of employment to serve me papers.  Sure enough on 1/17/2011 between 1 - 2 PM she called me at work and I spoke to her.  She asked if I got her message I told her yes and that I had called and spoke to a Mr.Turner.  She then asked me if I was going to let my attorney handle the case or if she needed to come out. I asked what this was about, she wouldnt say other than she was a courier for several attorneys.  She said she couldnt give me any details and told me "you're being sued"!  I said OK.....She kept asking me if she should come out and I said do what u need to do and she said fine I will see you within the hour.......Havent heard a word since.  There has been no papers served to me at work or at home!  Who calls to warn people they are going to sue you but going to give you a "courtsey call" first.  Don't they just serve the papers and don't contact you?  I have filed complaints against this company using the 1-877-509-3210 number and I filed a complaint against the BBB and the FTC against this company and "Crystal" as well.  I suggest anyone who has been in contact with this so called company file complaints immediately!

I got yet another call today, at work, from Chrystal with the Claims Dept that she has papers that I need to sign for and she gave the 877-509-3210 number to call and my case number, but she wouldn't tell me the name of the company or her location, she stated for security reasons she couldn't tell me her location. She said that she was a private courier company. She stated that she could make arrangements with me to meet other than my work place to serve me the papers I told her that it was amazing all the new rules that I have found out and how I get a heads up for being served now. They have been threatening to serve me papers since last Tuesday 1/18/11. Someone was coming out on Friday to serve me.....funny thing I still haven't seen anyone, just a bunch of phone calls.  Its not like I am hiding.

I got a call from Mr. Turner stating that I took out a pay day loan in 2007, and that they had papers to serve me.  I told him I needed proof that I had got the loan from the pay day loan and of course he could not send me anything.  He told me that if I did not immediately clear this matter up that I would be served at my house or my place of employement.

The Company is "Unified Asset Solutions"

Got a call today on 1-13-2011 from a "Crystal" Should would not give the company or what it was for but she had some papers that needed my signature on them.  I was to call back at 877-509-3210.  She said she would be in my area on Monday and would give me a call at my home 2 hours before appearing at my residence or place of employment.  Around 5:30 I get a call from a Mr. Turner and he tried to tell me the same thing.  I needed to clear this up immediately or I would going sued and served with papers.  Scam!  The number on the call ID was 877-495-8945.  Do not pay a dime to these people.....Total SCAM!

These people are a total Scam...They are so called Unites Asset solutions who represent instant pay day loan, they claim that in 2007 I took out a payday loan from them. They would not send me any information just wanted my address to serve me with papers of a lawsuit and they could not even tell me what city I was in or the city they were filing in. I have moved to the east coast in 2009 from the wqest coast. They said that they were going to come to my work, I am self employed lol

These people called my mother and said that I would be served papers in two days at my residence between 2 and 4 pm and that I should have a valid i.d. ready. They gave a claim #. This is a total scam. These people sound "American". In other words they don't have Indian accents like the other scams. I have dealt with these types of scams before regarding payday loans from years ago. They obviously obtained everyone's information illegally.Do NOT give any personal info, and don't give them a dime. They may sound intimidating, and possibly legit because they have all your info, but it is a TOTAL SCAM!!!! Do not fall for it.Challenge them and ask for their lawyer i.d #, or tell them that they can call your lawyer etc...and watch them sqirm and maybe even hang up!! They are also associated with phone # 877-495-8942. Both of these #'s will bring you to the fake company "Unified Asset Solutions" Let them know that you're on to them and demand they stop calling.
