Your a joke, you have no idea what you are talking about! They called me and said that the so called "money" was deposited in a checking acount of mine in 2007, but that's kind of not possible, seeing how I didn't even open the account until 2010. So let me know how that's possible idiot!

Hey MJ,  seem like the only joke here is you with your attitude problem and ilegitmate information.  Your care for these companies ripping people off is dishearting and concerning.  I wonder if maybe you work for one of these companies and if so how do you sleep at night knowing that you screw people over?  You obviously have no respect for anybody.  If you have no words of wisdom that can help people on this issue than maybe you should stop wasting space on this page with your arrogance and ignnorance.

Got a call a 7am about being summoned to court for a lawsuit about money I owed to a paid day laon in 2006.  I was deployed in 2006 to Iraq.  I got no info or paperwork on this and the guy said he would send me the info and never did.  Beware of these scammers and I would really like to see them physical scare me.  I pack a .45 on my hip at all times.  I can understand a real debt collector doing their job for real debts but making up fake ones to rip people off is a different matter.  I have all my paper work inorder and all the proof I need that I was in Iraq during the time they said I wrote a bad check.  Plus I don't write checks and only use cash or a debit card.  they have asked me for everything that has been metioned by on this page.  These people make me sick that they would do this to innocent hardworking people.  I have a lawyer on stand by for them and I suggest that you all get one too just incase they keep harresing you.

I got a call from this number today, but they didn't even leave a message. Definitely a number to block as I don't have any overdue debts.

They started calling me weeks ago about a certain debt I am totally broke until the money comes from the divorce (and there's a fight there) But they aren't listening. Max is his name just keeps calling and he last time he actually asked if I was on drugs or something because I wasn't making any sense (it was 5:00am in the Bloody morning. For Gods sake)

Got this call today, the message started up in the middle so no company name was identified, recording said that Charles Doolittle had tried to contact me several times and if I did not contact him about "this matter" by 5pm CST, apparently the world would end?  I called the number and got some gal answering the phone who I believe said it was "enforcement bureau of Imperial Recovery"....beats me, I then hung up to write this.  Beats me, I don't even have a car.   I would say they are a debt collector.   NO caller ID came up other than 'toll free' and I thot that in itself was illegal, that they had to have a valid caller ID if they were a collections company?  I will report them to the 'do not call list'  The number I got this call from was 877-481-1147, so a bit different from the rest of you, nice to know they are calling from different numbers.

I've gotten 5 or 6 messages from "Mr. Henley" with the same message.... that he "requires" a call by 5:00 pm... or they will have to make a decision without my input.  I haven't returned any of the phone calls.

My call was from Mr. Charles Dolittle.  Rather annoying, as I did not have any outstanding debt.  Please stop calling!!!!  This crosses the line of harrasment.

Mr Henley has called my house numerous times and also tells me that he has information that I might not be aware of. He says I need to call him back by 5pm or they might make a decision without my imput. Sounds serious but just another scam.

I got the same kind of messag on my machien, no way am I going to call that dude back.

Sounds like a threat at first, it's obviously a scam. the message said: "A Mr Henley said that he had information that I might not be aware of and that if I didn't call him back by 5 they might have to make a decision without my input.  "

I would like to know more about this company so I can take legal action ! please leve a message if you got more info ?

Received this call on numerous occasions.  Have not called back.  They say it is very important to call them by 5pm or they will be forced to settle the matter,  but they never ask for me by name, they do not say what company they are or even what it is regarding - ever.  Last message was more threatening but a recorder as it repeated twice.  It has to be a scam - legit collector or telemarketing at least tell you who they are, or who they represent  and ask for Mr. or Mrs. so and so.
I am really sick of these messages on my recorder.

I just got a call from Mr. Hemley saying he left a couple messages in the past. Said he requires a return call today by 5 pm. He has information in his office I might be unaware of.  He said "It would be in the best interest of all if you return this phone call. If you fail to return this call, we may have to make a decision without your input." After reading all of the other comments on here and seeing that this is clearly a recorded message of a guy reading off of a script, this is a 100% scam. Do NOT call back because this is a scam. He says the exact same thing to everybody, this is a complete scam. He didn't say which company he is working at, no details, just a fake name. I'm not calling back and neither should anybody else who receives this message. I am reporting the number now.

Got the same message but now it is two different #'s the other is 1 877 494 1532, from mr hemley and the same number is was a girl , but she said someone involved in a fire and the need to make sure they have the right location,,, they start in June , glad I check the numbers out never called them back because I'm usally at work when they come in and I don't carry my phone at work so I check the phone later in day or night always after 5 lol, so I could call anyway as he says by 5

I got this call about having to make a decision so i called them back and as he was talking i went to the bathroom and did a number 2. i told him to hold on a couple times while during the pushing moments and finally i had him repeat everything again and then i flushed the toilet and asked him to repeat again and then I finally hung up. i love playing with these guys.

By law, a collection agency is REQUIRED to provide their name and correspondence address should you request it. It is your right to request all correspondence from a creditor or collection agency be made via us postal mail and not with telephone calls, BUT you must put your request in writing, therefore they HAVE to give you their correspondence address. Do not be bullied. Remind them (because they already know) they are breaking federal debt collection laws.

Ireceived a "Mr. Hemley" message just now.  I thought I would research the number because the call did not make sense to me.  Glad I did!!! I will not waste my time.....thanks for all the info.

Just got the same message from a Mr. Hemley trying to intimidate and saying things like "i will be forced to make a decision on your behalf" an "i have information on my desk that you may not be aware of".Sounds like a scam. After having read these responses i am not calling back.

Got a message on my voice mail from this number.  Mr Henry says there is a matter in their office I may not be aware of.  Thanks to all who have given information on this number.

I got a call from this number saying that there trying to get placement info on sumone I know. This was odd to me so I looked up there number and read that it was a scam so I called them back for the fun of it lolol this is where things get weard. I call them and it turns out that thay know about $300 I owe fiththerd bank so I asked the to send me a bill for my records and he fliped out saying thay don't half to and I need to pay with a card or $gram. I told him I don't beleve he is what he is a real colletor but if he sends me a legel document ill be more than happy to work with him.any ways if I write the hole phone call this will take way to long. Thay will not give me any thing to prove who thay are and I think that thay got there hands on sum leeked info from the banks. Thay have called one more time to months later with the same bs looking for placement info for sum one I know.so tell me what you all think about this and sorry for my bad spelling

Calls & leaves messages stating he is Mr. Henley, & that it is imperitive that he receive a return phone call from us by 5:00 pm. He 'states' that he has some important information that we may be unaware of & that it is imperative that we return the call to 1-877-509-4886 by 5:00pm or they may have to make a decision without us. This was repeated 3 times in one message using a very stern voice as though he was commanding me to return this call or else. I have no idea who or what this could be. I feel as though I have an intruder in my home via the phone line. Very disturbing. I am certain it is some sort of crook. Finally I called them just to see what they would say, I told them I knew they were trying to scam me. The woman started to yell and I interrupted her and told her to stop calling my house and hung up on her..

They are bill collectors trying to get information from peoples past.  They were looking for my wife's ex-husband of 15 years ago.  

They still won't say who they are, but are trying to collect on bad debts.

same thing - says i need to call before 5 pm or a decision will be made without me by a mr hensley??  just wanted to see what they say  so i called the number and i was redirected to a receptionist but i chewed her out and said i know this is a scam and they better not call me again.  The way this message was left by this so called mr hensley  was a huge red flag for me, don't fall for it it is a scam!!!!!
