Called for my dads credit card

WELL LET ME START THIS BY SAYING I WORKED FOR CSG (COMMON SENSE GROUP) FOR LESS THAN A WEEK. FIRST OF ALL LET ME STATE THIS AND I AM HOPING SOMEONE OUT THERE PERSUES THIS BUT FIRST AND FOREMOST THERE ISNT ANY BACKGROUND CHECK ON ANY EMPLOYEES AT ALL, SECOND THERE IS ONE DAY OF TRAINING AND THEN WE WERE PUT ON THE PHONE TO CALL YOU, YES YOU READING THIS. LITERALLY AFTER ABOUT 5 HOURS OF LEARNING A SCRIPT WE ARE PUT IN FRONT OF YOUR INFORMATION FOR EXAMPLE, CREDIT SCORE, CREDIT CARD BALANCE, ADDRESS, NAME, NUMBER ETC.... (AGAIN NO BACKGROUND CHECK AT ALL) THE REASON SOME OF YOU GET A CALL WITH NO ONE ON THE LINE IS BECAUSE OF THE DIALER, IT DIALS LIKE 10 NUMBERS AT ONE TIME AND WHOME EVER ANSWERS FIRST GETS TO HEAR THE CRAZY PITCH ABOUT CONSOLIDATING YOUR CREDIT CARD DEBT. THE INFORMATION YOU WILL GET IS BASIC INFORMATION YOU CAN READ UP ON FOR FREE AND CONTACT YOUR OWN CREDIT CARD COMPANIES AND SIMPLY ASK FOR A LOWER RATE. BUT ONCE OU ARE INTERESTED IN THE PROGRAM AND AGREE, THE FEE'S ARE BASED ON YOUR AVAILABLE AMOUNT ON HOWEVER MANY CARDS YOU LET THEM CHECK TO SEE WHAT THE BALANCE IS. SO FOR EXAMPLE IF YOU ONLY HAVE SAY $800 AVAILABLE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A SMALL AMOUNT, $2500 AVAILABLE THEN THEY ARE GOING TO HIT YOU UPSIDE YOUR HEAD. THERE WAS A STORY OF A PREVIOUS EMPLOYEE THAT COPIED SOMEONES INFO AND WENT WILD SHOPPING, IM SURE ITS STILL HAPPENING. BY THE WAY THE ADDRESS WHEN YOU START FILING YOUR COMPLAINT IS 562 Wylie rd. IF YOU GO TO CRAIGSLIST ATLANTA AND PUT THE NUMBERS ABOVE IN THE SEARCH PORTION YOU WILL SEE THE ADS THEY PLACE TO ROTATE ABOUT 10 PEOPLE EVERY TWO WEEKS BECAUSE ITS SOME BULL S***. SO IF YOU ARE THE LUCKY ONE WHO JUST HUNG UP OR SAID NO CONGRATS PASS THIS ON, IF YOU GAVE YOUR INFORMATION YOU JUST GOT SWENDLED. I WILL CHECK THIS EVERY SO OFTEN TO SEE IF THERE ARE ANY QUESTIONS BUT JUST HAD TO GET THIS OFF MY CHEST .

It is nolonger the Dell company calling as it has been in previous years.  It is now a solicitor calling for Luxury Estates! Which of course is a time share!!!!

Second or third time the "Toll Free Call" called Just different number on caller id. Now if the FCC can't or won't do anything about these A holes maybe the NSA should run the DNC.They don't have to listen in just watch for repeated high volume calling. Could do the same for email spam.

Sorry, forgot, federal government. (right way, wrong way, government way) and that would mean working for a change.

27/7 ?, dam, that IS a lot !

I've been getting calls from Assured solutions for months; I just let it go to voicemail. Since my mail has a computer generated voice it does not leave one.  Finally I answered twice. I the same well mannered lady asked for my older son. First time said he's not here. Today I said he doesn't live here, which is the truth. I aasked if there was a message for him, but she said no and would note that so hopefully no more calls.

I called Assured Solutions and told them I did not appreciate their calls. THey said it was a tele marketing program and asked if I wanted to be on a do not call list.
I said yes and we will see how that goes.
It was easy, they were polite and I hope that is it!

Dell wanting to know how everything is working because I purchased a replacement part from them.

They are trying to be so helpful, they are becoming annoying.

It's DELL customer service calling me to ask how everything was going when they sent me a replacement power supply...But they won't stop till your happy! But it's a pain in the a**!

I have the same probem with them no body home when you answer as they hang up. I have NEVER in my life owned a Dell so I would hate to see how many calls I"d get if I did they just tick me off.

Interesting, I think they have called one time at 5 something in the morning. It has always been for my husband who isn't home. They called again today so I looked the number up but the person on the phone was actually stuttering when asked when the best time to reach my husband was. Maybe I am crankier than I thought. Oh well. Can we all get together and bring a class action suit against them for harassment?

Got my first call from these people today. Bought a laptop about a month ago from Dell. Blocked them on my Google Voice number. I'll never hear from them again. Everyone should do the same.

As far as I can tell only 1 person here has tried contecting Dell on this issue. If any of you would like to take the time out to do so you will realize Dell has no idea who these people are. If Dell calls about the Dell Preferred Account in qestion then it will be Dell Financial Services calling not Assured/Assurance Services. So please people try to hear the voice of reason just do the civilized thing take some of your "precious" time out call them and opt out.

This is ;the Dell Preferred Account Customer Service trying to sell a Credit Protection Plan.  I have reported them (tonight, 11/30/07) to the Federal Trade Commission to try to make them stop.  I suggest you do same.

These people KEEP calling my house every hour, on the hour..I'm sick and tired of them calling. I have placed their phone number on my phone as a "call block" and yet I hear still hear 1 ring then to call block. But the persistance of the arrogant bastards is pissing me off..REALLY

I have told this caller on a number of occasions that I am not interested and yet they keep calling, all hours of the day and weekends.

Seriously, I wish I had the kind of free time many of you do. But I do not want your paranoia! The do not call registry does not apply to calls from companies you have done business with recently. So, if you purchased something from Dell, yes, they can call you. Don't like it? Ask them to stop.

Didn't buy anything from Dell? Ever think that maybe someone else put down a wrong number either accidentally or purposefully to avoid calls?

The phone rings about every 20 minutes. Im trying to sleep. My number is on the Do Not Call list  but  They stii call. 100% harrasement--Why dont they leave a message?  I will NEVER buy another dell computer.

Numerous calls from this number which I never answer, suggest all others do the same.

I do own a Dell and I like it very much; however, if phone calls such as this persist I will NOT be choosing another Dell.  As a matter of fact, MANY of my friends own Macs and I may have to consider that option.

This is the phone number to Assured Solutions, a.k.a. telemarketer. Do not call is not in their language. They will keep calling  so I retrurn the favor in my own uniique way. Dell will never get my business again.

This stupid number 1-877-511-4552 showed up on my caller ID while I was on another call.. I got off the phone.. so my answering machine would pick up the call "IF" it was important.. Mind you the call came at 9:45 pm... Needless to say when my answering machine came on.. they hung up.. I am tired of this stupid TOLL FREE CALLS.. it should be againest the law to torment people like this.. and that is with my family on the NO CALL LIST..! I thought calls like this weren't supposed to happen at this time of night! Needless to say I am smart enough NOT TO call the TOLL FREE number back to see WHO it was.. I just wish I could put a stop to it.. someone should be able to sue for harrassment..!

They've been calling me a lot too, for the last month or so.  I picked up yesterday and sat there silent for about a minute and then it eventually hung up.

Someone finally answered when I picked up the phone.  It was Dell.  I had received daily calls for a long time before anyone actually spoke on the phone.  I advised them to remove me from their telemarketer list.  If you want to buy a Dell PC, buy a Sony Vaio instead to avoid these annoying losers.
