Thanks for confirming what I also thought. I called iPower and they told me that I had to provide another email address to receive a link that would allow me to keep receiving emails from them because I kept getting a 'bump' back from the system admin. The tech support person corrected the issue.
A day later, yesterday actually, I started getting the same message as the preceding person received. I emptied my folders in my iPower deck and now we'll see. I thought it must be legit because I called their other number that is legit. They had a hack about 4/5 months ago, so I'm very suspicious about everything.

I thought the same thing but the search I did turned up something interesting.  I discovered that this is NOT a scam.  Let me explain.

This phone number is from iPower.com which is a web hosting company that I use for my websites.  I am the webmaster and am able to 'look under the hood.'  It was on my mail account on this service.  It tuns out that I had 80% of my mail account space filled up with emails.  This is why this e-mail got kick out of their system.  I am not sure what they would be able to do for you if you did call the number, but it is a legitimate number for tech support at iPower.

I usually spot SCAM emails accurately, but this one got a false positive.  just thought folks might want to know the truth.

I got this email, but I don't believe this is my email provider--

Dear Customer,

Did you realize that your (xxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx)
mailbox is getting close to its size
limit? We're concerned that you'll end up missing emails if your mailbox reaches its
maximum capacity and we wanted to provide you with a few options.

First, you can reduce the size of your mailbox. Folks can usually free up space by
emptying junk and deleted mail folders. Keep in mind, emails with attachments
typically take up a lot more space. We also suggest archiving email that is older
than three months. It reduces the size of your mailbox and increases search speed.
(If you're not sure how to archive, just give us a call at 877-513-7446.)

If you find that you're not able to reduce your email by much or you've noticed it
is growing quickly, please give us a call at 877-513-7446 to learn more about other
mailbox storage options we offer.

Please take a look at your mailbox today. Once your box reaches its 250MB capacity,
it will no longer be able to accept new messages and senders will get
'bounce-backs.' We know how important email is to you and we don't want you to miss
any messages!

This is an automated email. Please do not reply as the server can't accept replies.
If you have any questions, please call 877-513-7446.

Sincerely,

Your Email Support Team
