marcus scott and tasha white  came to my place of employment, i was totally embarassed and tried to have security call the police and throw them out. when the police came and examined the summons i found out that they worked for a company United States Dept of  litigation, nothing to do with the government but some bottom feeding process serving company.i was also told that they had a summons and  it appeared to be valid but since i was in a goverment building they were not permitted to be on property. this was totally embarassing and humiliating they left saying that they were going to serve me eventually, please help is this legal for them to be stalking me. how can i avoid getting harassed by this company over a pay day loan?

just called me claimed to be marcus scott called yesterday claimed to be ulises marshall. goin to call the nys attorney generals office and complain.and goin on the bbb website and file an complaint. my caller id comes up as unavailabnle private caller.said this was a payday loan i got in september wich i didn't get.
