He will not claim he owns them he will have relatives names as owners so he looks as if he is not associated with them. I have contacted lawyers in Texas and they say do not talk to them they are illegally trying to scare you into paying a debt, Ace cash express, and most payday loan companies do not take people to court they sale the debt to get their money back and then the 3rd person debt collector trys any means to extort money from you. They are not licensed or even have a surety bond in Texas they can not LEGALLY collect money from you. DO NOT GIVE them your information they will take you to the CLEANERS!!! If you want to send little Chris Collins and email go to the website for CJC Consulting and his email is on there!!! Report this company to all attorney General offices the one in your state and in New York and also the FCC....They will be stopped eventually!!! And their little "Private Locating Service" That calls you originally with CONSEALED documentation to be delivered to your place of employment or home, is probably sitting in the same office as these CROOKS.

You apparently do not know the laws of debt collection, you call people from a private number and tell them they are going to be served (scare tactic) and that they are to call you back at a different number(there is no private locating service) Then because of your threats people call you the number back and its you again never the locating service. Basically there is no law suit you bought a debt and now you are trying to collect on it. You do not have the right to collect on debts per the law because you do not have a license or bond to do so, there fore the debt is not vaild and you can not collect. You do not tell the truth if so everyone on here that is bad mouthing you would have recieved a letter from you 5 days after the first contact like the law permits. So when people stop falling for this lie you once again will change your name and number like you have many times, does Titan, orbit international, bayside, Xerox ring a bell that is right same crooked owner different name. All of your websites you had were the same then deleted, you would give people an address to send a verification of debt letter to without question, and you will quit lying on who you are. quit coming on here and saying you mail letters, if you did that you would follow the law that states after first contact you have 5 buisness days to send this in writing, which you do not. You do not send letters you tell people you will send an email with an agreement to pay, that is not a verification of debt. You do not have license or bonds to even collect. we do send letters, either via postal service or email, whichever way the person asks.
we are a legit company, everyone we try to deal with has a  debt that is owed. most people we talk to are decent people who have run into trouble, either losing a job or other personal matters that left them unable to rectify the situation as they wanted and we work with them to attain that goal. then there are the others, the professional debtors who "borrow" money from anywhere they can with no intention of ever paying it back. we don't even try to deal with these people because it's a waste of time, they are just thieves.

This is only one of several such companies calling me about serving legal papers on people who happen to have my last name but who have first names that are nowhere in my extended family or circle of friends and acquaintances.

I got a call asking about some one that i know i have never been a contact for, talking about being served if they didn't call back that number asap but he said his name was Jack Morrison. Way too much info for a legit collector.

I am not my son so i wish they would stop calling me. if you are going to serve him then do it and stop harassing my.  if this is a debt collector then they have broken all kinds of laws by disclosing my son's information to me.  so im not real sure who they are or what laws they are govenrned by but the fair debt collections act is what they need to reading before the RIGHT person sues their a***s.

I got a call from a jonathan jackson today stating that im being investigated for a bad check and fraud, he left very detailed voice messages to people I have very little relation to. These messages inculed my name and what I owed and said I was under investigation and that it was a formal call and I will be served. The people who are getting messages for me know very little about me and should know anything about me, yet alone recive false information about me making me out to look like a criminal. I have never written a bad check, I may have defaulted on a loan under $350.00 at one point in my life, but I am no criminal. Jonathan jackson said that I was going to served with a bench warrant, I called this number back and they told me that if I kept calling them that they would call the police, they can call and harrass me and leave messages to everyone I had ever met in my lifetime but I cant get a manager or supervisor for their office. They hang up everytime I call them now.

You apparently are an employee...this company is not legit, there is no papers to serve, you bought a file and are trying to profit off of it by scaring people into saying there is a lawsuit against them from the original creditor..not true they are no longer tied to this file there fore they are not sueing you.
