I received a call from these people telling me they were a process server with my county and I was being sued.  They should do their homework. They have the process for civil suits all wrong obivouisly a scam. In case anyone wants to know you can't be arrested for debt and it is illegal to threaten people this way.

They've been calling me repeatedly at my office after I told them to stop and to send me written correspondance of this supposed debt (which they have not done).  When I asked this time (again) to send me written correspondance, he asked me for my email address.  I told him no, the postal service will work just fine.  I ended the call, and then he called me AGAIN (this time on my cell phone...I let voice mail pick up) to say I had 24 hours to reply or papers would be served "at my house or home."  From what I understand and have observed, they are in clear violation of Fair Collection Act laws.

well this is what the call stated 225330 8775149704 brain jackson.. so i called back but funny i went thou this 2 weeks ago telling them they had the wrong ## and i did it again to day saying that i did not know this Jackson person.. and that it is  a cell # not a landling.. she got very rued at me when i try to tell her i had called 2 weeks ago saying they had the wrong # so i will get it to weeks and call them back and start yelling at them again.. its starting to make me mad i went cell because all the calls on the land line now they wont stop on my cell..

I've been getting calls from this number regarding about the payday loan I took in.. 2005? I made a payment arrangement. i made my first $100 payment, but after I read all the stuff here, I went to my bank and they canceled the debit card I gave them.. they called again saying that the remaining balance didn't went through.. so today I got message from "Mrs. Benjamin" saying that I need to call her back with my Attorney.. are these people really a bunch of scam? Did they go after you guys? please let me know as soon as possible as I am dealing with there people.. I recently got scam by "International Arbitration Services" so I don't want that to happen again. Thanks in andvance.

they called and left a message that i was going to be suied and going to court they were going to come to my work or home if i did not call back i have have had a light stroke so i called back and they said that i had to make payment now or i was going to court they were going to my work or home to arrest me.can they leave those kind of calls.

Just received very threatening call from these people.  That they will be coming to my home and I need to have two forms of I'd and that they will summons. Me to court. Called back and they didn't want me give me any information.

Scott Sciuto should be careful of who he hires. Seems like he hires just about anyone now days. Not only will Buffalo Narcotics be raiding the office due to the amount of illegal drugs being sold out of this office but also The Better Business Bureau will be doing an investigation on how illegal these debt collectors are. Spoke with a young man. When I refused to pay my debt he swore at me then talked dirty to me. He was saying very inappropriate sexual things and calling me nasty names. I felt violated. Very unprofessionl and they expect me to pay. If I get a call from him again I will file sexual harassment charges.

They take your money by illegally scamming you then they buy cocaine with it. Also they are rude as hell, making fun of minorities.

This is a debt collection agency. There are posts all over the internet about how deceptive and evil this company is.

A guy called and told me he was a process servers for St. Rose County. He listed a case number, but asked that I call back to avoid have him come to my house with a sheriff's deputy. He told me not to have any guns, dogs or drugs in the house and to have 2 forms of ID. What a crock of s***. This is the second message I have received from this company. In 2004 I took out a payday loan. I repaid the debt in 2005. They say they have no record of it. I am not showing them anything. If they want to incur the costs of going to court, I would be more than happy to help increase their expenses. This is such b***s***.

I got an unclear voice message from a women speaking so quickly it is hard to make out what she is saying about a civil law suit, and equally as hard to make out the company name.  She states that today is the last chance to call in order to keep some type of civil suit out of court.  She leaves a phone number of 877-514-9704 x308.  I get  a lot of annoying calls that are not for me or anyone that lives with me.  I just started ignoring them. I just learned how to look this up.  

I am also always receiving calls for a people with the last name, that sound like Rami; with a first name of what sounds like Verona, Kathy, and there have been other Rami's in the past.  I ignore these, they should be able to figure out they have the wrong number.
