I received a phone call from a George Taylor.  Stating my bank acct is negative and they have my SSN.  I filled out the paperwork online for a pay day loan.  I only wanted $200.00, but they wanted to give me $1500.00.  They kept on insisting, I had a feeling it just didn't seem right. So, I never received any money from them.  This has been going on since February.  I just want the calls to stop.

I got a message from 1-877-516-9379 stating that I needed to call them back regarding a judment against my name. Then when I called back he asked my name I told him my name and he read my social to me and my place of employment which I of course denied but it was scary that he had my information. I kept asking what this was about and all he would tell me was a judgement against my name and I would need an attourney for further information and I denied where I worked again and he said we have already investigated where you work, then when I kept asking him questions he got mad and hung up on me.

Received call from this number stating that a payday loan put on a prepaid debic card,  was taken out by me in March 2011 and that I have not paid it back.  Have not taken any payday loans out at all.  They had all of my personal information, bank account, address and were going to turn it over to the police.  Hazel Fox was her name and spoke broken English, stating the company is in Florida.  From what I could make out the name of the company is US Cash Advance.

I received a call from this number and told the man who claim he was calling from Houston,Tx from Investigation "something" I told the man I didn't know what he was talking about and told him I needed something in writng and he got upset aand hung up on me..... WHATEVER DUDE......

I am sooo tired of these people.  I received so many phone calls that I changed my number at home to have some peace, now they're calling my job. How can we get them to stop? Derrick Jones claims that I owe $10,000 and two years jail time if I, or my attorney of record, ignore his calls.

These people have been calling me for months. When it started they referenced a cash loan from Cash Advance. I googled the company and called to see if there was anything against my name. They advised that this number has called several people. The credit company isn't even sure how the people are getting the info. They suggested i call the BBB and report them. The next time they called me i told them that i had already spoken with the credit company and they said OK, were very pleasant and said they would stop calling....... Now it is 3 months later and the calls have started again! I cant get them to stop now! this is crazy.
Caller says his name is Nash Tailor and he is in the Legal Department of a company named United Cash.

I received a phone call, they left a message.  Stating I needed to call, before they report to the authorities. Every few months I get a call like this.  I was getting them at work.  They have called my Cell phone and now my home phone again.  How it all started was:  I was debating to get a Pay Day Loan with this Company.  They were really pushy, I only wanted $200.00, but they wanted to give me $1500.00.  But, I did not need $1500.00 so I did not follow through and get the loan.  I am so glad I did not!!!!!!!!!! I do not owe them any money!!!!!!! This happened in February time frame and they have been harassing me ever since.  Every time they call, its from a different number.  I just want them to stop calling me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this person Lash-Hinn called my job. I am calling the Attorney Generals Office to report this scam.

Left message on public voicemail at my work saying they had legal allegations against my name and social security no (guys name is George Taylor) supposedly foreign doesn't sound foreign to me. Said they would be taking legal action against me and I would be charged with 3 charges.  They have called my place of employment 15 times today. I cantacted the Better Business Bureau they told me to contact the Attorney Generals Office and let them know what is going on.  Here is the number to call  800-382-5516  PLEASE CALL THIS IS A SCAM AS I WAS TOLD BY  BOTH BBB AND ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE.

recd call from steven mark left a message that i had legal allegations against my name and social security name, said the cops would come get me if i didnt call back! started out saying the one second you recieve this call you need to call me.....scam!!!

I had the EXACT same message and names given as shocked and appalled. How can we report these people. I did take out a payday loan last august due to medical problems and payed it off right away. I now am unable to work due to a Brain turmor and have had several surgeries. My memory is not the best and i almost believed it thinking maybe I overlooked it since this last year has been horrific. There has to be something we can do to get these people to stop

Received the same message saying I owe money to them.  This company is a scam, but what pisses me off is I am in the military and if they think they are going to pull money out of me they have another thing coming.  Stick to what you people are good at drive some taxi's or distribute lottery tickets at the gas station.

I just received the same call.  I was told I had to pay $3,500 by 3 pm today or a court order would be issued.  When I asked what is was for, he told me it was for a Cash Advance Loan that I received in January.  I told him I never received or applied to a Cash Advance Loan and that I was going to check my bank.  He then told me it was sent to a pre-paid visa card, that's when I knew it was a scam, because you cannot get a cash advance on a pre-paid card.  He called my work number about 15 times non-stop, then I asked him to send me documents to prove his statement, he told me he had to speak with my supervisor first.  I told him when he sends documents then he shall speak to him.  He was very disrespectful, aggravating, and persistant.

I also received the same call from this same guy, who called my work and told my co-worker his name was Donald, then told me his name was Allan O'Connor, and said there was a legal action lawsuit against me for $300 from Cash Advance and I didn't pay a penny back. He gave me my social, address, bank account info, references, in which I didn't understand.  I said I never got anything in the mail, email, phone calls, nothing from Cash Advance and he said that it was all sent through emails, maybe it was in my spam, which I check every so often and didn't find a thing.  Then he said I need to "lawyer up" and I asked him what his attorney's name was, which he said was Aurthur  .  I told him does he have a direct number and he said that if I don't pay up by 3:33pm today, that their lawyer would file the lawsuit in Orange County and then it would go to my city's courthouse and I would have to pay 10 times what I owe.  I called my bank and check and there was no deposit from Cash Advance at any time, especially when he stated there was.  I called back and told him I can send him information proving I had no such deposit, and he said his attorney will send me all the paperwork showing the mail that was sent to me, which he denied earlier that all info was sent via email!  I tried called back numerous times, and the person who picks up the phone, we asked for a supervisor or a manager, and he kept changing his name!  When I asked for Allan O'Connor, he said he doesn't want to talk to me and they'll see me in court.  My husband was looking online for any additional info since they didn't give me any really, and that's how I found many like this call!  He was pretty aggressive and convincing, but why on earth would someone want to waste time and do this?!  LOSERS AND DEADBEATS LIKE "ALLAN O'CONNOR" if that's his real name.

I also wanted to add these people had my bank information and social security number, which is scary.

I had been receiveing calls from (what sounds like Arabs) using number 877-516-9379; claiming I owe them some money as well , from "Legal Service USA".  I'm glad I decided to google this number, surprise!!! (I'm not the only one).  When i told the guy someone had stolen my identity and need all of the hard copies so I can complete my police report...he quickly said, "ok, I have your address will mail out to you" and immediately hung up the phone.
How did these people get my information...I did receive a loan in the past as well, so maybe that how it happen.  I have contacted the sheriff dept, the Credit Bureau and my bank.  I want these people stopped!!!!  Think of all the people they have gotten money from...WOW

I received a call (didn't answer he left a message) from a man with a heavy Indian accent, said his name was Howard Jones or Johnson, couldn't understand hardly anything he said. Something about legal allegations and wanted me to take care of this matter as "it was in my betterment if I or my attorney" called him back. That call came from 282-726-2524, then I had 2 more calls from the 877-516-9379 number that he left for me to call back to of which I didn't call back. I have submitted a complaint to the FTC.

I just got a call from work from this number and they are saying that I owe them 3000.00. I told them that they were trying to scam and that it is Identity theft, and I told them to subpeona me. The guy hung up. Sounded like arabs. I applied to a cash payday advance loan in the past and they never transferred anything and never even validated any amount of a loan. NEVER PUT YOUR INFO ONLINE!! I had to change my account information with my bank.

I just received a call from 877-516-9379.  The guy had a very heavy accent, did not say the company name or his name.  He just said that I or my attorney needed call back as soon possible this was a legal matter.  He said that I had legal allegiations on my name and my social security number.

I also receive the same call. The guy said that I have to go to court. He was very disrespectful and hung up on me when I tried to ask him what was all that about. I would like to know is this is reliable. Any helpful info will be appreciated.

these people are harassing me and calling me at work I don't owe them anything

This number has called and left messages for my husband more than thirty times. They never disclose the nature of the calls only that they're going to sue him and contact his employer to get him fired. This is ridiculous...

The same number called my mother this morning informing her that she had a judgement against her and threatened her saying she would never get a bank loan and such. It's a scam

yes this guy left a message of the same type, but what concerned me is that he knew my brothers name and made it sound like he was trying to find him for legal reasons and that i should call him. If i didn't there would be legal actions made against me. He also knew my name.  Needless to say i will not be calling him, it is obviously a scam.

Received a call from a guy saying that he represented the legal department for US Cash Advance and that I owe them $2000 and that I could call him back at this number 1-877-516-9379. His name is Robert Davis and he is suppose to be the supervisor of a guy name Stuart Miller who orginally called my place of employment from number 1-866-812-2623. He tried to get me to verify my social security number as well as my banking information which I would not do so. When I told him that I would not be giving him any money until proved to me that I owe this debt he said that he could not do so until I paid the money owe and that I would get a letter in 3-5 days saying paid in full. They make threats of arrest, etc. regarding money supposedly owed them but they will not provide proof of this issue.  They have been harassing me forever...this is really crazy.....WHEN WILL IT END......

I researched US Cash Advance and they don't do payday loans in my state.

I am looking for information on this company. A guy speaking spoken english said there was a legal cause against me and to call him back at 877-516-9379 and not to call the number the message came from. Red flags went up. Information would be helpful before I call them back.
