Call from Enterprise car rental saying I haven't returned my rental car yet. I don't think I've ever rented a car from them.

Call from National Car Rental, letting me know that (in advance of my reservation at Montreal Airport next week), the Drivers License in my profile was about to expire, requesting me to go in and update it to save time at pickup since I am Emerald Aisle.

Was from National Car Rental to say the driving licence on the account was about to expire

Mine was also a Toys R Us birthday call. Its not any one's birthday. I never registered there. I don't even shop there because the closest store is over an hour drive away.

Mine was from Toys R Us - Geoffrey the Giraffe's birthday call.  Funny thing, it isn't anyone's birthday!

Unsolicited call claiming to be a birthday message  from Toys R Us and Jeffrey ("Geoffrey"?) the Giraffe. When I dialed the number back, got a moronic birthday greeting from some a**hole pretending to be a giraffe. Have never done biz with Toys R Us.

Toys-R-Us calls my children on their birthdays because I filled out a 'join the birthday club' card while in line one time.  We haven't been around to answer the phone for either call.  They actually left a message for my son.  It's cute for little kids.  If you're getting these calls and you didn't sign up for them, then your probably the victim of a typo.

If you call the number back that calls you...you can enter your phone number and have it removed...they say it will take about a week to remove. Its ToysrUS...whatever

Voicemail from National Car Rental about the credit card on my Emerald Club account being due to expire (its not for a couple of years).

Got 2 hang up messages today.  Wow!  Geoffrey the Giraffe, Diabetes and museums.  Spammers are getting confused.

I have been getting a call from this number at least once a week for some time now. They call my job and whenever I answer it is just silent.

The giraffe called me, too. I was shocked, because I had no idea giraffes could talk. This must be the sinister result of some sort of cloning experiment.

At least there was someone there - recording that I deleted before I heard anything but "trillion dollar deficit".  CANNOT wait until this election is over!

Got a call from this number today and it was a political call.

Call from some guy telling me to vote out any Democrat in office and vote in pretty much anyone else.
This was on my cell phone, I didn't think they were permitted to call cells.  Not that these cranky pushy political people care what people want or think.

Emerald Club at National Car Rental wanting me to update my profile

Was National Car Rental telling me my Driver's License had expired, and I wouldn't be able to collect the car I had reserved until I had renewed it. So - amazingly - a useful call. I just wish I had answered it at the time.

I received a call from this number saying "PLEASE CALL" but when I called they told me to call the number in the message directly.  There was no number listed.

Whoever is calling from this number does so several times in a row.  There is no message or sound when I answer the phone.

I just got a call from this number. It was my dental office telling me they changed names from Fontana Dental to Bright Now Dental.

i just got a call from this today and it was silent.  those people saying its from toys r us i dont know because my childs bday is almost 6 months away!

Same here, it was a recorded message from the Philadelphia Museum of Art reminding me about a membership deal.

What ever became of the post card that Toys R Us sends for the children's Birthdays? I've had my children signed up for the birthday mailing list @ Toys R Us since birth, they are now 10yrs. old. My cell is not the same phone number,that they have on file, since 10 yrs. ago. I don't have a land line phone, so why bother someone ALL hours of the day & night for nonsence.

The call was from Rent A Center about some spring cleaning sale thing they are having (isn't spring over?). I suspect there's a company that uses this number for a variety of reasons. It had Magic Johnson telling me about loyalty and how Rent A Center was loyal. It was very amusing, actually. Was like was reading from a script and really didn't care what it was about or who it was for when they did the original recording.
