I'm in central New York.

Received check #711030321 for $59,750.00 signed by Harold Green.  No company address or routing number.  It also says "Payor" in front of our business name.  

Called the 1877-520-1889 phone number  the company says that they are Next Wave Funding.com spoke with a gentleman by the name of Azi his direct line if you would like to speak with him is 305-263-3625 _ he asks you how much you need and what your business generates on a monthly basis. He then states that he will put you on an ACH Program and will deposit all funds directly into your checking account. They are said to be based out of Miami Fla.

this is a total SCAM and I have reported it- just a MATTER OF TIME BEFOE THEY GET BUSTED - HOPE YOU ARE ENJOYING YOURSELF AZI!

please spend the time to report them at USPS FRAUD MAIL

We got one too for our business.  $59,750.00 If it looks to good to be true probably is.  Thought this was some scam

Same type of check from Regional Funding for 59,750.00 from Harold Green....too much time very little positive to do!! sad....they didn't call sent the check but number below on check!!

I didn't get a call but I got a mailing from the same person, Harold Green.  What ever you do check this out before giving any information to them.  DO NOT SIGN THE CHECK!  

This Harold Green really gets around doesn't he? I hope most people are smart enough to see through this scam

I got the same mailing, but mine was for 59,845, automatically checked it out and guess what?  It's trouble.. rip up or burn the letter you received.  It is a scam.  DO NOT FALL FOR IT!

We got one here at work as well, but I didn't notice anyone else here say what I thought was the obvious, which is the name and address appearing on it (our company's name, or yours, etc.) is listed as "PAYOR", not as "PAYEE".... Regardless of missing routing numbers or anything else, the bottom line is, this "check" is designed to make the addressee the one making, not receiving, the payment. Unless ours is the only one listed that way?

Just got my check in the mail, #711040131, 1/31/14, for $59,750.00.  Trying to call the investigation area of the post office, 1-212-330-3900 to report them.  Mine came from zip code 11801 and permit number 14.

Got the same exact thing same check number it's defiantly a scam I could really use it thou wish it was true! LOL

Looks like Maryland is the next contestant. I received my 59,750.00 check today in the mail. Same as everyone else, no routing number no account information and no return address. No mention of repayment and as someone else said, if it seems to good to be true IT IS! My number on the letter attached to the check is 1-877-520-1889 and my check number is 711030124 they are a tricky bunch. of course signed by none other that Harold Green.

Got the same check from Regional Funding in the mail for $59,750.00. I hope nobody falls for it. Phone #1-877-520-1889. I tried to call this hungry dummies so I can play the game but know answer. The check look good for show.

I also received check #711040110 dated 1/10/2014 in the amount of $59,750.00 signed by Harold Green same details as everyone else no return address, routing number, nor account number. Wish I had the money they invested in this.

Got my Harold Green Regional Funding the other day.  #31206 dated 12/6/13.   Too good to be true.  I'm curious to know what would happen if someone tried to cash it?

I google all offers just to see what the reviews are. But usually go though my local banks.

I'll probably report to USPO next.  I think my check is the most recent one. Located in California.

Please everyone use the link to report this fake check scam. They will only investigate this issue if enough people report. Me Too. Got a check for $67,400, check# 31101. Envelope says Hicksville, NY 11801, Permit #14. The back of the check even has some kind of security features. Bottom line, no matter how bad you might need it, if it sounds too good to be true, it is. I'd LOVE to have 67K for free, with no strings (Which is why I suspect there's no mention of repayment or terms... You think they made a mistake, and you can scam THEM by cashing it. Not going to happen)
Also, I noticed there was a notice about 'fibres' that can be viewed under a black light. Curious, I pulled out my UV light. Looks like there are marks there. The entire back looks like there are short squiggles all over, as if someone took a UV pen, and made short marks all over. Also, the weird security features are much more visible with the UV light. Looks like a bit of work went into it. I suspect they bought this paper from someone who makes real checks. Either that, or they REALLY  put some work into this. Sounds like a lot of work to get them to call you. No way I'll be calling...

I got the same check #31004 for 67,400. Identical info as the other checks. I HATE these F'ing SCAM people!

Same mailing. Cheque # now reads 31018, for $67,400.  Cover letter and cheque signed by Harold Green, Regional Funding with the 877-520-1889 contact # and no address provided.  There are no account #'s or routing codes on the cheque, only Reference # 1018-NW-20684 listed in the Memo section.

Got the infamous $67,400 fake check today from Harold Green.  The postmark was
for a pre-sorted Standard mail permit # 1842 at Fort Worth TX.  Only difference from
the rest of you...my check was number 31011

Did not bother to call the 877-520-1889 number.

I got my check 10/4/2013. I was skeptically hopeful since I opened for business 1 week before Hurricane Sandy, and never recovered. Regional Funding, no address, no routing number, and $67,400 guaranteed. Check # 31004, signed Harold Green, phone # 1-877-520-1889. At least I had enough sense not to call. Oh, they had a nice little bar code in the upper left corner of the scam sheet.
