Got the same text with the same phone number. since i dont have mobile setup to banks, I knew it was a scam, plus the netspend thing. I would advise never to return a call like this from your cell phone. I googled the number and found this website. go to www.donotcall.gov and register your phones. Your cell phone numbers will be made public this month.

Also got a text message referencing this number.  I actually called it back (877 -- toll-free) and got a "this number has been disconnected" message.  So it's a scam, just not an effective one.

Got a text message from this number saying my NETSPEND account has been deactivated and to contact them at this number to reactivate my account.
I've never had a Netspend account so I knew this was a scam.  Beware!
