Got a message from 877-522-7719 the caller identified himself as "Mr Bogarth" said to call and his assistant would redirect the call to his location. The line was full of static. Been getting wierd e-mails from "Mr Bogarth" as well, suspect money laundering, have reported it to FCC.

received a call from this number on Nov 24.  The first part of the message was unintelligible then it said.."therefore unfortunately I will have to move forward on this process with or without your input if you fail to contact us by 6pm today, Wed Nov 24.  Call 877-522-7719 ask for Mr. Vogel and my assistant will forward your call to me.  I did not call him back.  I am reporting them to the FCC, FTA, my State AG , the phone company and anyone else I can think  of.  I owe no debts to anyone.

I received a call from these people  on Nov 24 with the message "(unintelligible...therefore unfortunately I will have to move forward on this process with or without your input if you fail to contact us by 6PM today.  Call 877-522-7719 & ask for Mr. Vogal and my assistant will forward your call to me."  Guess What?  I didn't call so he must have moved forward on it as now I get calls from Allied Interstate and another outfit I don't know but to call Mr. Whitmore.  I think I will call my AG, phone compny, BBB, FTC FCC and maybe even the FBI to report this harrassment.

Today, I got a friendly recorded call from "Frank" asking me to call.  A couple weeks ago I got a threatening message to reply that day or they would proceed without my cooperation.  This is obviously some type of shady scam and there is no way I'd talk to these losers.

Just a few minutes ago I got a call from 877-522-7719. Asked for someone of same last name but does NOT live here. Stated the company is R A M North America.

I told them the person they are looking for is not at this number, that we are listed on the donotcall registry, I have NEVER done business with them and if they call here again they will regret it.

(I intend to keep a whistle in my pocket and next phone call from these people are gonna end up with severe ringing in their ears!)

Robo-caller is now calling himself Frank Lewis. Phishing for a call. Basically, don't answer any call from a number that starts with "8". And if you are actually waiting for a call, tell them to identify themselves in Caller ID or you will not answer, then screen your calls.

I work in a call center.  I was next in the queue and caught the end of the automated message.  The voice directed me to return the call and ask for Frank.  No one picked up when I called.

My husband and I received a message on our answering machine from this number as well.  When I returned the call, they identified themselves as Regent Asset, a company who works with an attorney and specializes in hard-to-collect debts.  They were actually looking for my husband's ex-wife of 15 years.  Shocking!  So is everybody else!  I told them to change their records ASAP and to stop calling our house!

Numerous calls leaving nasty message.

Have had sereral voice mail messages and don't know who these people are.  One messge says Mr. Bogart's office and another one says "Regents".  I don't know what they want.  It's sounds like a harrassing call.  I don't know who they are looking for but I'm getting very annoyned.  It sounds like looking at other posts, people are getting the same messages that I'm getting.  They keep mentioning something about a claim which I know nothing about period.  If they are bill collectors, I pay all my bills to society.  I wonder if they are just going through the phone book randomly trying to find whoever.

I've been getting calls from these jacka$$es for months now, and it's irritating the hell out of me. As previous commentors have stated, the message never states who the call is for or what company he is calling from. Whenever I answer the phone, the caller hangs up (fishy) and when I call back it goes to a voice mail box, then a recording says the mail box is full (fishy). Lately I've been getting calls for ex-inlaws and even my ex-husband's fiancee's brother whom I've never even met(!), and I wonder if these calls are all related. It's harrassment and should be stopped.

PSI called my brother. Left a # to call back.  My mother called them , since I was not home. They would not tell her the name of their co., who they represent, or the name of whom she was speaking to.  This sounds fishy.  My credit is currently in repair and there is ANOTHER  co. that I am waiting for requested information from, before I set up that payment plan.  IT is NOT PSI.  Be cautious about them.  Do not give personal information to them.  Research. Research. Research.

I received the same message as Peg007 above.  I'm not late on my bills, so I really resent receiving this call.

Same as the rest.  Couldn't even really get the guy's name.  This is like the 3rd time we've been robo called.

Received message from 877-522-7719, caller identified himself as "Mr Bogarth". Who says they're Mr or Mrs Somebody these days without leaving a first name? Said he has given me every chance to call his office to explain myself and he will have to continue his assessment without my input if I do not call back by the end of business November 24, 2010. Said to call 877-522-7719 and speak with his assistant who will redirect the call to his location. The line was full of static and difficult to make out this much of the message. This was the only call I've had from this number; I have no debt, and will report this to FCC. This was disturbing.

I received a phone call too and he identified himself as a Mr. Bogarth, but didn't identify who he was looking for. I am reporting this to the attorney general consumer fraud

Just rec'vd a recorded message from Mr.Bogarth on my direct line at my office and like everyone elsewas told I had till the end of the day today (Nov. 24th) or he'll continue with "the Assesment".  I don't have any outstanding bills nor any lates, so this is obviously a random dialer or a scam.  I would suggest NOT calling back in order to validate they've reached a live person and a valid phone number!

I keep getting recorded messages from this number, insisting I call back or "Mr. Bogarth" will "proceed with analysis on this business matter without my input"... or some similar B***S***.  It's either a scam artist pretending to be a collector, or a collector who obviously has the wrong number.  I don't owe a dime to anyone.

They called leaving several harsh sounding messages. I called back and they were trying to collect a $36 credit card debt on someone with same last name, but different first name. They gave me last 4 #'s of the social security number on the guy they were looking for and when i said that wasn't me, he hung up. I called back and cussed the S.O.B. out who answered. As a former commercial credit manager, I know  this is a company specializing in difficult to collect accounts so they've got a tough job finding the correct debtor.  Their solution is to simply go thru phone listings and call similar names in the same city/state, leaving a message and hope to get a call back. Some of the more unscrupulous companies leave the opposite of a harsh message. They leave a message sounding like you?ve won something.  I would recommend if you get one of these calls to call them back and if you are not the one they are looking for, call them every name in the book and then some. Make them feel just a little bad for leaving their harassing messages.

They have called repeatedly and left messages to threaten that if I don't call them they will be forced to take matters into their own hands without my permission yet they never leave a business name or information as to what "matter" needs to be taken care of.  Do not call these people!!!

I called back the # to ask why they are calling me the guy asked for my phone number and area code. I said if you don't even know my phone # which you just called then I am not giving you my # to make your list full for sale. Don't ever call my home and disturb me from my sleep. I only have 2 hours sleep after work.

I researched this number...Is PSI collections.  My husband died leaving NO debts!  He never used a credit card in his life, hated them.  Since he died on the job he left no medical bills either and was never ill.  It's a scam as far as I'm concerned.
