This company is not a scam,this company has helped me out with all of my payday loans for past couple of years.I have 4 accts with this company they have helped me out of every mess I have gotten into with these payday loans..

wow.  just got a call from these people and the call came from local 817-317-1141 but the call back number I was given was 888-475-0031.  and the exact same thing was told to me.  I was sent an alternative e-signature ratainer because they said that some of their clients were having problems signing.  I was about to sign and then I saw this.  I was also told to type "I agree" in order to have them approved.

They do not ask for 200.00 up front, they break that payment down in 4 payments of $50.00 a month.

They are a ripoff. And they are a collection agency!  Loan companies ignore MyPaydayRelief and will call you 3, 4, and even more times than that, everyday. Do yourself a favor. Look up FDCPA and you will find a load of invaluable information on how to negotiate collections on your own.
The collection company may even screw up and then you can sue them quite possibly winning and geting them to pay YOU. And at the very least, you won't owe them a penny. Good luck

Don't call them back I got a call an hour ago from a 011-911 number from some woman I could not understand. She said she got a phone call from an officer claiming I had a warrant out for my arrest and I needed to verify my address. I told her I already know about you people and that I know you're not for real. She then told me they would make my life hell and hung up on me. A hour later received another call from the same number 001-911. This time it was a man with an accent said his name was Alvin Gibson and he was from my payday relief and wanted to help my pay off my payday loans. He left two call back numbers one was 877-528-5111 and the other was 877-314-6570. At the end of his message he said that if I had any sense I would call him back. If  they were a real payday relief company they wouldn't have said that.

I am using pay day relief they said the creditors would leave me alone but there not I'm worried I'm giving money to ppl who r full of crap they sound like 16 yr old girls and I can't understand the phillipinos its damn aggravating

they dont pay off your debt at all...they pocket your money...why do you think they have you send it through western union...because you could never get it back...they threaten to get you fired and call your work...

I got a call from an phillipine woman today. I think they are a scam as well. They will never get a dime of my money. I have enough problems with the payday loans. I will never take out another payday loan as long as I live.

They've been calling my work phone relentlessly from numerous numbers across the US and south America. I've told them several times to stop calling and they won't. That says they are a scam! Their website ip runs out of Mexico, they are not a US company. If you feel fine giving your SSN to a company outside of the US.

They have american and Philippine based reps.

The lenders give your personal information to mypayday relief, and some are using your numbers online. They have bunch of wrong numbers on their list. At fist they will say that they will help you freeze the high interest of your online loans, but you need to enroll in their program and pay a 1 time fee. I'm not sure if this is legit, but I doubt. They have american and Philippine based reps.

They HVE been calling me and I'm scared this is a scam. How long have u been with them?  I also signed on with Relief, LLC and they're price was higher and what I can't afford. My payday sounds honest but are they? Please give me some feedback ASAP

I talked to a nice man who was not of hispanic or indian decent.  He was very nice on the phone and did a great job of explaining the whole process to me to get me out of debt.  Some people are using them as a payday lender and not a debt relief.  Believe me so far this company has helped me no harassing calls from the lenders but for the first 2 weeks and thereafter they have not called. When I get my tax check I will be paying a lot of the debt that this man has settled for me and I will NEVER use a payday lender again.  Someone got your number when you applied for a loan online and they are the scammers and they are from India.  All you have to do is google payday loan scammers and you will find out they have been looking for these scammers who use threats like having you arrested and saying they are investigators.  My payday relief is a legitimate company,

I received a call from that company today.  I researched and there is no information on the BBB site.  This is a scam. I asked to have time to research the options.  They kept pushing for me to agree to sign up.

I dont know if they are scammers or not. But I have learned my lesson. I work for a living. I have a family. I will pay my bills as I can. I will never do another online loan. We did get scammed by another company. We have found 21 numbers that have called us are scams. So the best thing I can say is dont do anything online that requires money or any type of loan. They had made my life hell. But I have a very smart wife that has investigated all of the scammers. She is contacting the local police and the FBI on all of these. I fanything for harrasment which I am getting an attorney. This is just advice, do what you will with it. Its your life your choice, nobody has to pay your bills but you.

I just got a call from Chuck twice from this company.  When I said I'd like to see the documents he sent them to me and then said he'd connect me with my "advisor".  My advisor turned out to be an American named Wayne at the 877-258-5111 number.  There was no noise in the background.  It sounded like he was in an office by himself.  He said the worked a lot with the company I had my loan with and though they could get it down to 750.  He sounded very convincing and i again said I wanted to review the documents.  He also advised getting a new bank account because whomever I sent the application to sold it to a thousand companies and all my info is floating out there.
Like you, Pc1967 I'm skeptical but wishing it was true.  I too would like to find legit help out there.

I haven't signed up with them. Ever since I spoke with their rep they have been calling me nonstop. I also get a call from a 415 area code stating That they were from a law firm and that I am going to be arrested because of a delinquent account. They have Indian accents too. I think they are working a scam to scare me to sign up with payday relief. They also call my job too. It all started the same day I contacted payday relief. I don't have a delinquent account so I know they're lying.
