NO ONE is BY LAW allowed to call you and harass you about a debt.  Even if you owe it!

Just got a call from Windsor Law as well.  Very rude people and don't even know what they are talking about.
This is the number they used.  816-410-0835.  After they hung up on me, I called them back using advise from a real consumer law attorney.

I contacted a REAL Consumer Law Office, Weisberg and Meyers, LLC  and they told me to:
1) call them and tell them not to call me and any correspondence to be by mail.
2) keep a record of calls, what was said, who I was speaking to,  ect.
3) That even if debt exist, they are not allowed BY LAW to call and harass me.

If they call me again, then Weisberg and Meyers said they can take them to court. and I could be awarded money for
harassment.  They also said that it would cost me zero.

Very excited about this information, didn't realize that I had options.

There isn't any company registered with the BBB by the name Windsor Law,PC  The company is registered under Dalothian Capital LLC which is listed as of 10/2013. These a***oles are trying to collect on an account from my daughter that she never had. Saying the account was bought from United Credit Recovery and lists a bunch of out of date numbers. My daughter did have  a debt with United Credit and paid them off (wasn't that much). They're really pissing me off

This company is not listed with the bar assoc.

I wouldn't pay them a chinese yen or a korean won.
According to a post on another site David R Smith's phone number is 816-753-9393 but it's probably the same boiler room

They hang up when asked for a BAR number. Hang up when you ask for an address. Question you about who you are then hang up.

This company called about a debt as Windsor Law collection agency and also World Recovery Service collection agency.  They say the account is for United Credit Recovery who buys accounts as Dalothian Capital and American Debt Sales.  I have never had an account with any of them.  I told them to quit changing their number and calling me.

They use a number of different outbound numbers including 816-410-0835 but include 877-531-6993 as a call back number.

Sharon from "Windsor Law Offices" Called for an attorney I work for, gave me a TOLL FREE number. Definitely can hear music/people talking in the background. When I asked what it was regarding she just said "she has a file with some information to go over with him". Not buying her spiel.

The company called me and asked for me and then they  asked me if The last 4 of numbers of my social was  #### I said no and then they just hung up

Claiming to Windsor Law Office claiming to be an attorney office that collects debt. When ask for BAR number they declined. Per FDCPA you need to them to cease and desist communitcations. Especially since it is pass the statue of Limitations. This is PURCHASED DEBT. They found you probably thru lexis nexis,accurint or CBC....they are scams trust me

This company seeks out debt beyond the statute of limitation. DO NOT confirm the debt or the statute of limitation renews itself. Sneaky scumbags!

Debt collector looking for someone else I do not know on my cell phone. Company expects erroneous recipients of their calls to notify them rather then doing their own due diligence. Message is intended to distort company name to deter identification.

We receive calls from this number constantly.  When answered all there is is music.  Can you get them to stop calling?
