I think that this is a collection agency and they are trying to get the money owed to a certain business. I think its right to pay the business however, I think if the collection agency is abusing the law that the business they are representing should be responsible. If the agency perputrates a lie and you never recieve correspondence advising of a bill then suddenly springing things on a person is wrong. My experience has nothing to do with a bill we owe, it is a bill our adult child owes but because we have money they tried to get us to pay. They even went as far as sending someone to our door with a false supeona. I believe that bills should be paid but they try to make people who are not responsible for the bill pay. Just  be ware.

they never state what or why they are calling. I even changed my # and started calling my new #. I want them to stop.  I call the number back and no one ever answers not even a voice mail

Left a message, when I returned the call at approximately 12:45 MST, they stated I called outside normal business hours.  I left a message telling them to call me back, have not heard anything since.

Its a collection agency...which really annoys me since every time the message gets left on my phone all I ever got was the last 3 digits so I could never call and the 303 number they dialed through went to no where.

I work at night so when i get a call at 8am it gets ignored.  I finally was able to reach them since a live person called me and left a coherent message.

I recieved a call asking me to call back, it was an urgent matter.

They call every other day stating that it is not a sales call, its a time sensitive matter, and that I have one business day to call back. These idiots might get more of a response if they told you who they are and what they want.

The outfit is CCI. I got recorded message to call them back, did so and spoke to Jerry. He asked what my number was and I told him and he advised they had the wrong number.

Guy named scott called, did not mention his business, only that it was a matter he was supposed to take care of.
