scam scam scam, they have been arrested but there is more,  my dad lost 4k

Allysum Fox from Joliet Illinois , Kristin Bennett, Annette, or whatever the name, I am going to file charges and have a lien put on her house or anything else with her name on it.  It will cost her a lot more that 4k.

I fell for this scam before from another so called lender.
i thought I read that some one turned these people into the BBB but there was nothing there. I do know that it will be addressed by the BBB and will be recorded so people will know if they  check with the BBB because when I was scamed I reported it and it was recorded on the BBB site to let people know that it was a scam.

Who is the owner?

I am from Philadelphia. That address is on 17th St. between Market St. and Chestnut St. There are several big office buildings there, and there is a Plaza with a Sprint store on the ground floor. Also I believe the zip code they gave you is corrrect. But as to whether or not they are there on the 17th floor I do not know. You might do better just calling directory assistance in Philadelphia and see if they have a listing for the company at that address.

they say they are located at 30 south 17th street. 17th floor, Philadelphia,PA. 19103. Do any of you live in that area? I am doing my research online and I contacted the building's management office (Corporate office) and there is no such company under that name in that building on hte 17th floor. Hte building's name is "United Plaza Bldng"

Thanks. I was approached as well. A great payment plan, which sounded to good to be true. Take it to your bank or even a lawyer. Let them  check it out and then fill out the papers, call me and I'll have the information for you to forward your calateral payment. You don't get the same person, they have to call you back. I even sent the papers back, waiting for a reply. There is no such company in Pennsylvania. A feal scam.

The company is a scam.  I almost fell for this scam.  They approve a loan amount for you and then they send you the documents via email.  You are supposed to read and sign the documents and then either fax or email the agreement back to the company.  The company also requires you to send a prepaid "collateral payment" which is equal to three months payment of your loan.  They wanted me to send in a payment of $544.99 as a collateral payment.  They want this collateral payment to be sent via Western Union (BIG RED FLAG).  Upon receiving this collateral payment they said they would then  send me my loan payment of $4000.00.  Of course, once you send the collateral payment via Western Union, you never get your loan.  You never hear from the company again, and they never answer your phone calls.  Do not fall for this scam!!!

I would like to know if they are a scam a friend of mine is supposed to be getting a loan from them
