I tried to call that number from National Chex System and I get was a operator say that the subsciber of the phone number is out of of range. Then called Bank of America about my account and they say I still owe $429.62 and my account is under a law siut.National Chex Systems had never paid the overdraft and I think they are a scam as well, this This is the Number that I tried to call them but they won't answer, 1-877-254-3002

This is a COMPLETE SCAM!!! I was contacted by this company, which made me uneasy. But I decided to do research and found this website. i'm happy I came across it, because they stated they were taking me to court. But I knew this didn't sound right. Because I filed a BK 3 years ago.  now I will contact the attorney General Office.

This is a collection agency that has stolen the name National Chex Systems. Look up  http://www.sos.ga.gov/corporations/ This was done on March, 1 2011.  NCS scares consumers on the phone by calling people with past checking account problems, uses the name National Chex Systems and threatens debtors with  process servers that are fake. You will not be taken to court! NCS is just a collections agency!! NCS in Atlanta is currently being sued by the owners of National Chex Systems, Inc. Fl.

So I was looking on Xtube, I know a little naughty. I came across this profile with a woman by the name of Christine O and it listed a telephone number that in another blog was tied to the "owner of National ChexSystems" anyways I was very disturbed to see that this business woman would expose herself like this, but I am suppose to pay her my $$$ ? I also learned of a lawsuit that National ChexSystems has filed a lawsuit against her. I dont know what to believe. I refuse to give my money to a company called National chexSystems, also on this profile the woman claims to be owner of NCS?????? Most of the information posted by "Scam Exposer" is accurate. However, I have had a case with the REAL National Chex Systems (NationalChexSystemsInc~ 1-877-254-3002), to be removed from ChexSystems and I now have my financial privledges back.
This Sam Letizia guy is actually getting sued by the Original company for stealing their files while employed with them. I have went back and forth with THE REAL National Chex Systems, because this guy contacted me offering me a settlement for the Bank of America account I had in the negative, and I contacted my rep @ National Chex systems to ask how long that offer was good and they didn't know about it. I then got more than a little skeptical, and the CEO had no choice but to explain to me what was going on.(The case is public knowledge "NationalChexSystems v/s Carmela & son~ Case/Docket # 11-a-10817-6) At that point I did more digging (with moms help) and found pretty much the same information the 'ScamExposer" posted. Now where he is located is beyond me, but I do know the REAL National Chex Systems is located in Atlanta and NOT Lawrenceville,GA. I actually mailed a money order (moms advise~to cover my own tail~proof) to cover my fee for Chex Systems Removal and have been happy with their services. I'm working on debt consolidation with my rep as of now.
